I LOVE my Mac MiniPro w/M2! The system operating is great and does everything the average to above-average, but not a professional graphic designer could want, with plenty of oomph and great performance. Crazy, but what I might love even more is the small space it takes up on my desk and the unobtrusive look. I went from a 10 year old MacBook Pro that required a decent amount of room on the desk, and was a pain to plug and unplug from monitors and such each time I needed to move it or access more ports. The Mini is classy, but not a space hog, and the ports are very easy to access. Bonus is the $$$ I saved going desktop, especially since I was already working with dual monitors. Small confession though - I actually have a MacBook Pro 14" I purchased last year which is great for travel and on the go use. The Mac Mini option gave me the best of both worlds.

The most economical way to get to Mac world from PC. After learning the MacOs, it is just a breeze to work on it. No need to compromise performance for OS updates or other software updates happening in the background. Super fast and super quiet. It’s a powerhouse. One cannot go wrong with it. I checked some reviews and made sure to buy the 512GB storage. And this was the best decision.

Its living up to the specifications and performance measures as advertised. Silent, small, power for apps when you need it. Only nitpicks are that I wish the base had a grippier rubber as it slides really easily, so plugging in wires or a drive is a two-handed operation to keep it from sliding all over the desk. Also, I knew this going in, but I still would have preferred a user-upgradeable RAM / Storage design. Overall, it does exactly what I needed though and its a stressfree experience.

This mini is my first Mac and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to setup, link my iPhone and connect peripherals. It is super fast and responsive opening and closing apps. Multiple monitors makes it a really nice workstation. The only thing I can’t leverage on the mini is the touch/fingerprint to bypass entering passwords since it requires the Apple keyboard. I use a Logitech mouse/keyboard combo that is switchable with my Windows work laptop. I love the compact size of the mini it frees up a lot space on your desk.

Overall great value for a desktop computer. Very fast, the right amount of ports, and doesn’t take up space.

Runs circles around my previous computers, a Windows AMD Ryzen 5 and 2015 MacBook Pro. Using for light Photoshop work and it doesn’t disappoint. Internal drive is plenty big for OS and applications, a Thunderbolt 4 or USB C (I’m using a 4gb WD) external drive for data storage is a must. Plenty of bang for the buck.

Wow! Incredible performance in such a small package. Great selection of ports, runs cool and quiet. Crushes through software compilation, photo editing and video rendering. 16gb is absolutely needed for more demanding tasks. This has only 1 storage chip for the 512gb ssd , so slower than the 1tb version but I can’t tell in real life.

Was looking for a faster Mac mini to take on Logic Pro projects, and wanted more than 2 Thunderbolt 4 ports. This one has four…preferred this over the entry-level (but awesome) Mac Studio which is $700 more. Great value, runs totally silent and is mounted under my desk.

The new mac runs fast. I am currently testing it to determine if its display output is faulty. Periodically, vertical lines appear on the new monitor. I have hooked it up to another monitor that I know is good and I get no picture. See photo

The Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro Chip offers excellent performance for the price. The 16 core, 16 GB ram, and 512GB SSD is plenty for graphics work and running multiple apps simultaneously. I did add an additional USB hub to have more ports available. Overall, a very good machine that takes up very little space.

This Mac mini desktop is amazing, it is so fast and easy to use. It's also really easy to set up I recommend this to anyone that needs a new one! Also, it works with any monitor so that is a plus. And the amount of stuff that this memory holds is incredible.

Surpasses expectations. Great for video editing as well as everyday tasks. 16gb of memory should be minimum for all MACs.

Love it! Very easy set up, including adding printers. Easy to follow instructions. And SO MUCH faster than my outdated Chromebook. I also like that it doesn’t take up much space.

I employ multiple Mac devices in a high-use production ecosystem, and it was time to upgrade them to support updated software. I was absolutely floored by how slick and efficient this unit is, and the value is absolutely unreal. Obviously, Apple silicon has external display limitations currently, but this fit into my workflow without a hitch. This unit allows me to power a monitor, a projector, and a stage display with no issues. The speed and efficiency of this computer is simply unparalleled for the price point.

I went from a PC to a Mac for my formatting gig. The PC couldn't hack everything I needed to do. I thought I'd have the hardest time converting, but this is the best decision I've made in a long time, and that's say a ton because I LOVED my Asus laptop. I used my ASUS for writing my novels, but once I started the formatting and graphic design, I was forced to upgrade. This was super easy to set up. Super fast processing. No issues. I bought the Apple Display that goes with it and I've never loved a computer more. I'm very much looking forward to buying an apple laptop soon.

I've played around for years finding a PC that just barely gets by for music production - No more! This powerful Mac packs plenty of punch and tremendous value! If you don't mind finding an inexpensive mouse, monitor, and keyboard this unit is for you! Packed with the latest Mac OS, 16 gig of RAM, and the power of M2 Pro AND 512 GIG at this price point is insane! Plus I utilized the trade in program through Citizens Pay. I think that's a great value as well because in 3 years I'll exchange it for another Mac Mini with the latest power and quality. I'll never go back to Windows for production.

You no longer have to watch your computer struggle with many media based apps open at the same time. I can’t wait to start using more AI driven products. This M2 Pro Mini overall bridges that difficult gap between price and value knowing it will easily handle my needs for years to come. I am upgrading from 2015 15”MacBook Pro 16gb Ram 500 GB SSD, which still runs great! It is clear to me the word “pro” in any product from Apple confirms a premium product designed to last as a workhorse. This is my third Mac, but first Mac Mini. First two were iMacs. So far I’m loving this. I have the M2 Pro and so far it’s proven to be faster, quieter, and stays cool compared to my Intel iMac. The solid state powers up the computer really quick. And it’s nice and small so it doesn’t take up much space. I recommend the Mac Mini if you are wanting to choose your own monitor or even hook it up to your tv. Eventually I’ll get a MacBook Pro and then have the Mini for the tv.
