Its a perfect computer if you want to use your own monitor. Very small footprint on your desk. Up and running in less than 5 minutes. Love that syncs my iPhone and iPad easily. You can text from the computer not only to iMessage but to anyone.

The Mac mini is a very affordable option with good specs. It works great and delivers in every way I want it too. The downside is that it doesn't have an apple monitor but you can get a very nice monitor and still spend less then the iMac.

Needed a MAC for basic internet, email, school stuff, already had a monitor/TV. It is compact and powerful enough for us.

After many years of using Microsoft DOS computers the switch to the Apple computer and software was quite easy and very rewarding. Documents and pictures also transferred flawlessly.

We bought this to replace and older MacBook Pro that serves as our photo, music, and movie library, along with being a homework machine for our older kids. I didn't expect blazing fast speeds from the i5 processor, but I'm truly disappointed with the startup and processing times with the i5 and 8 GB memory. Yes it works, and we will use if for a while, but out of the box the speed was lackluster.

Have setup 2 prior Mac Mini's as servers and they work well and easy to use. Good size for a small company.

This computer is fast and it's almost like using your iPhone. It's small and you can unplug it and take it with you anywhere.

I have been a Windows User since ever, so I decided to try something different, the product is great, however I am learning different apps, I used to use Microsoft Office but now we are trying Apple apps like Keynotes, Pages, etc.

Easy to use and so far a fast little computer. Very small and compact and works fine for what I use it for just bills and web surfing. Works just as well as my Dell XPS did when it was brand new 10 years ago or more. I love it

This is my first mac, connected it to our television and using it for online media, music, vidoes & photos. It isn't the fastest machine, but serves the purpose without a hiccup. Been a Windows PC user for a LONG time, and my Mac meets my expectations. Everything just works, and it is dead silent. Dig it!

Powerful, good memory and performance. I would recommend as an additional device for use like a bigger desk top model

My husband uses it to DJ to go with his Virtual DJ software. He loves it and is so glad he whiched from PC to MAC!!

I like my Apple Mac mini because My children do homework on it,they listen to music,play games and type lots of stories.

We chose the Mac Mini because we needed something small yet powerful. This was perfect and is working great with no complaints.

Won't play old CD roms. Gotta buy flip for eight dollars.

...so don't expect a fast machine. Also fair warning that the wifi antenna on all mac mini computers since inception is terrible. You need to be in the same room as your router or use an ethernet cable connection. I knew this going in but was still shocked at how poorly the reception was with the built in mac mini antenna. I did create a work around. For $20 I purchased an omni directional antenna and hooked it up to the mac mini. Got everything I needed from Amazon and was an easy fix. So buyer beware and make sure you read the reviews. The price is this cheap for a reason. With that said it serves the purpose I purchased it for so I am happy overall. Just wish Apple would finally fix the wifi antenna issue.
