Got this as an open box for $585. I checked the contents of this and another "open box" this one looked perfectly packaged, the power cord looked unopened. So far I love this Mac and use it in my living room with a Magic Mouse and keyboard, operating from my sofa 10ft away.

I bought the Mac Mini opened box and it already had a user name on it and I could not log in the Mac. I contacted Apple Genius Bar and they helped me reset the Mac with no problems.

Bought this for my wife to use for photo editing. She loves being able to hook it up straight to the Tv and use photoshop with ease.

It's a beautiful piece of technology, which I really enjoy using everyday. Only thing that worries is that it doesn't have a solid state drive. However, 1TB HDD is sufficient enough.

I transitioned by business to the Mac Minis as my PCs were getting beaten up by the conditions - lots of dust. While the Minis do have cooling fans. the air intakes are smaller and i've read the fans don't run unless there are intensive programs running. Only one day into it, but so far, so good.

Pros: This is perfect for me. I still get the Mac I love but at a lower price and I can choose my monitor size. Con: You don't have as many different options to choose from with the mini. That is why I gave it a 4, I would have loved more built in memory and a faster processor.

Really enjoy my purchase of the Mac mini has everything I love with my MacBook but for my home. Takes up little real estate on my desk with all the functions.

As any Apple product, this was easy to "plug and play." Everything necessary to use is already on the computer. Plugged it into my TV and now have a 55" monitor. Kids enjoy it as well !

If you are purchasing a mac, you already know what you're getting into. And despite this being a refurbished item, everything is in perfect working order. No complaints so far!

I didn't even know the Mac mini existed until a store rep told me about it - just plug and play - it cloned my MacBook when I turned it on and nothing else necessary to setup! Magic

I have owned a total of three Mac mini's in the past few years and this one is just as good as the previous ones I have owned.

This device has practically fool proof. It's pact with power and fits neatly in the desk with the compact design. I love the seamless connection between iPhone and Mac mini.

I love the Mac mini! If you want a Mac but not pay the price, then this is your computer. Just bring your own monitor, keybored, and other accessories and your set.

I've been a long time Mac user-I have a MacBook 13", a MacBook Air 11" and my Mac Mini. I love the fact that I can work seamless with all three machines. Love the quality!

i have given it some difficult tasks with photo editing and the machine with only the provided software did it. I'm still learning though. I will be more of an authority after a year

We’ve had apple products for years but our computers have always been PCs. Never going back to PC again. Definitely it’s nothing but Apple for us now 4 LIFE!!

I'm a big apple fan and owned the previous model. It was getting too slow for me so I had to upgrade. Great product, a mac for a fraction of the price. A must have.......

kind of slower than i would have expected, coming from a PC

It took me a few weeks to learn a few things about the mac mini , but I am learning how and where everything goes and I look forward to a long working relationship with this computer

This unit replaced an ancient Mac-mini that has served me well. Finally reached the true obsolescent stage when it was unable to handle the last two upgrades to Safari.
