    After my 17" macbook pro died I was in need of a Mac in a hurry to finish a project. Since the largest macbook screen is just over 15 inches the idea of using a larger screen with the mac was intriguing. Unfortunately the slow hard drive in the $599 unit was way to slow for the work I needed to do. I would recommend for a casual user but not for serious work.
