The hardware gets 5 stars, the price gets 2 stars. I only bought this because of the special financing (3 yrs 98$/month + final balloon payment or trade in, no interest), and it looks like this plan has been cancelled. Looked to trade it in on the new M3 Ultra but Apple only offering 1050 for a less than 2 year old 4000$ Mac Studio), so it will be my long term Mac (new M4 Mac mini is the way to go, but I will keep this machine until it goes out of service). Other than the price, no complaints, it is a great Mac (even has a couple of older USB ports so dongles aren't necessary).

So far so good. First time with Apple, getting used to the differences. This computer is aimed at the creator rather than just a user.

Great Apple product, a “little” pricey!!! Need to replace my Mac Mini M 1 with 8 G of Ram, now so could not wait for the M 4 chip.

This is the fastest Apple I’ve ever seen. I have the studio M2 ultra and I’m glad that I went with the extra power because I do a lot of video and photography work as well as some gameplay. I highly recommend this.

Mighty Mac!! The only downside being big and heavy. Other than that will take anything you throw at!!

Obviously, with limitations. Can use larger models, but the speed is less than an RTX card.
