I purchased this so I don't have to bring my big Macbook when I travel to do presentations. I'm loving it more because of it's portability, weigh and size. Fits right in my handbag. No compromise on features and speed.

This is an excellent laptop particularly for traveling due to its lightweight and thinness. Performs all the functions of its larger brothers in a compact, easy to carry/pack. I'm never without it on the road.

My first time purchasing an Apple computer. This is perfect size for me and is great for streaming my tv programs and storing and editing photos and videos. Easy to take this and my iPad when I travel.

The Macbook is sleek and slim and powerful. It's so light you don't mind carrying it around with you. The processes is fast and the screen resolution is fantastic. Great product would recommend it to anyone.

I upgraded from a mid-2012 MacBook and I am thoroughly pleased. This new MacBook is fast and has great battery life. The touchbar is also a useful addition. I highly recommend this new iteration of MacBooks.

Gift for my daughter, works great, lightweight and durable. Handles all the daily chores and doesn't need to charge at all. If she uses it just for homework it lasts a few days before she needs to charge it up.

This laptop has everything a college student could need, it is lightweight and small enough to fit in a backpack comfortably. The screen is also the perfect size to watch movies or tv shows.

I love this Macbook. It's super light and extremely quiet. Great for someone who travels often. The one port doesn't really bother me as much but you can always get a adapter if you really need a USB port.

Awesome laptop, and is generally fast at most uses, such as surfing the web and watching videos. But it really struggles with graphic intense video games. Form factor and battery are the best too.

Spent a lot of time researching which Apple laptop would be the best fit for my college sophmore pre-med daughter. The Macbook was the best choice and she loves it. It is extremely user friendly, durable, portable, & exactly what she was looking for. Would definitely upgrade if you could afford it.

I had concerns about performance, but the laptop is killing it at multitasking and even plays Starcraft II smoothly. The device is also crazy thin and light, so it is great to grab and go.

This replaced my older, larger, heavier, and no retina display MacBook Pro. I love how small it is and easy to take with me to work and great for doing my graduate work. Would highly recommend!

It is light and fast. I love it. My only thing is that I wish I would have known a newer version was coming out the week after I bought this one. I would have waited for the new features.

The keys are so mussy! The computer is fantastic and works very well for everything I need but the darn keyboard has no real feedback. I read the reviews and people did mention this issue but I didn't think I would mind it very much. I was wrong. I'm getting somewhat use to it but I love using my girlfriends MacBook Pro whenever I get the chance. If the keys had more feedback this computer would be the best thing I purchased from Bestbuy in 2017.

I bought this laptop because of the display. I get aweful migraines if I stare at a computer for too long. This helps tramendously. I also enjoy the features and ease of use apple has. Only reasons I would give it 4 stars is because the speakers. They work well and aren't terrible, but could definitely be better

my wife loves her birthday gift. she cant stop talking about how easy and light this laptop is. its perfect for her at home and her office job and barely taks up pace inside her purse.

The best feature by far of the new Macbook is the weight. It's probably the lightest laptop you'll ever hold. The new Skylake CPU holds up well. I use this laptop for web browsing, Microsoft Office, and watching YouTube/Netflix and don't get any lag at all.
