Just a horrible purchase

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this item and when i did it came with a different charging cord its not the one it takes i went back to best buy told them about brought my receipt they told me i would have to give them the item back and repurchase it again when they had the corrcect charger for it they just wanted to trick me into giving them more money…i purchased the correct charger off Amazon for $59.99 why do i have to go through all this mess when i paid for what i paid for and did not receive it

Dead Battery

Luckily got the battery replaced and seems to be working now.

Defective Device

Waste of time

It took over a week for it to actually get shipped to the store for pick up. Once item was received. I noticed that the incorrect charger was in the box. I reached out to customer service. They told me that they couldn’t do anything. I have to go in store to do it exchange I go to the store and they tell me they can’t help me because I would need a physical receipt but I have an online receipt because I got it sent to the store long story short they told me that they couldn’t help me and I probably wouldn’t ever come here again or recommend anyone else to come to this location. I feel the best I’ll have been, a one time exception, other than that they get two stars for me
