    The keys stick and the s key doesn't even work. It is very slow and fragile. But it's an old model so some of these problems maybe a given.

    I purchased this item and when i did it came with a different charging cord its not the one it takes i went back to best buy told them about brought my receipt they told me i would have to give them the item back and repurchase it again when they had the corrcect charger for it they just wanted to trick me into giving them more money…i purchased the correct charger off Amazon for $59.99 why do i have to go through all this mess when i paid for what i paid for and did not receive it

    I did not get my laptop even thought it aays deluvered. Online agents gave a refund and a case id but i did not get a refund. They appear to be busy all time even in their available hpurs of 8 to 9 pm . This comapny is a sham .

    The computer is good I originally ordered the 2017 model and within 2 months its stopped working so hopefully this one isn’t the same
