This is the perfect size for discreet travel and works great. It seems like it needs to be charged more often than any other laptop but it’s not a deal breaker.

Worked fine for the first year but after trying to update the os, it now won’t even turn on.

Great computer. Arrived with a dead battery but wasn't difficult to replace myself. If you're interested in buying, this model can run all versions of Mac OS including El Capitan 10.11, Sierra 10.12, High Sierra 10.13, Mojave 10.14, Catalina 10.15, Big Sur OS 11, and Monterey OS 12.

Everything arrived as presented online. Works just as good as my other Apple Mac Book would recommend.

I'm a Windows guy. Always will be. But I have several friends and neighbors who are Apple aficionado and I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. MacBook. I'll admit I was reluctant to buy a 7 year old MacBook but since it was never going to become my production machine and I was not willing to pay Apple prices for a new MacBook. The computer started up and ran through several upgrade iterations to the latest OS supported on the 2017 MacBook. (Monterey). Setup was easy. I was able to download my subscription of Microsoft 365, and set it up on my OneDrive with no issues. While not blazingly fast, it is fast enough to suit me for what I wanted it for. I would say the computer is in "very good" condition with a very few cosmetic scratches and the keyboard has a little bit of smutz between 2 of the keys. If I were going to pick nits (and I not) in the spirit of full disclosure, the Apple Logo in the back of the lid has a crack in it. The battery life has been nothing but impressive. So far I've had it on for nearly 4 hours without any significant drain. All-in-all I give this full 5 stars without any reservation.

This was a last minute Christmas gift for my teenager and I must say it has been the best purchase that I have made. Even with it being refurbished it still looks practically new with literally 1 scratch on it. I am happy about this purchase and will surely be making another one.

Not too bad for the price paid. The lower left side of the screen outer shell had a sizable dent. With a little work I was able to straighten it enough to snap on the shell cover.

I got this laptop specifically for school. I love this laptop, it’s so perfect nothing is wrong it at allllll. Don’t spend so much money on a new MacBook if you’re only getting it for school work online. Perfect conditions no scratches no dents. I love it

I brought this as a Christmas gift for someone. They really liked it. My only concern was the packaging. They was not enough bubble wrap and protection around the computer in case it was to be dropped or damaged by the mail carrier. I also didn’t like the box it came in. I think the box should have been taped up for extra protection. As far as the laptop goes, so far so good with it.

My son received it for Christmas and he loves it. He switched from PC.

Everything worked great except for the the screen. The LCD started bleeding from the top down within the first week. After a few week, we lost about a 1/2 inch from the top that was just white. Ended up having to exchange.

Very nice to use on a daily basis. Never had any problem what so ever with this device in any way.

Refurbished is just as good as brand new. I love it, because I already have an Apple Macbook Air, book the camera lens is broken, so I got another one.
