    was initially very happy that i got a mac from here. it was sort of dirty but that didn't bother me too much. one thing that sucks is the charger. the hard plastic's broken and snapped. there are tears in the rubber cord, and it doesn't work at all. that combined with the dirtiness made it feel like ebay quality instead of best buy. did anybody really test the product? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    I was in need of a slightly new laptop and one that I could take with me and just get up and go. This laptop not only came in great condition but it also came with some cool additions for me to add including laptop security which is a must! I'm super happy with my purchase

    Excellent condition. Looks brand new. The screen its HD, very clear images. It would be excellent for students. This computer exceeded my expectations, very fast and it can be use for for so many things.

    Great computer. Even though it was pre-owned it looked brand new! It shipped in packaged very well. Husband loved it. He still trying to learn how to use it, lol.

    I understand that these mac's are refurbished, but I don't understand why Best Buy still sells them. It's been five months since my purchase and the Mac book randomly turns off and ive already had to replace the charger from amazon.
