Works pretty. It also came in with the charger and everything that it needed. The only thing is that it’s a little loose but nothing to crazy where it doesn’t work.

So my neices mother has had severe medical problems the last 2years and unable to work and her father is on disability! It has been so tough for them! When her laptop broke just before Christmas decided to help her out because she needed something “good & reliable “ for college that was about to start the first of Jan! She just came to me and informed me, after only having this MacBook 123 DAYS, that the battery is not staying charged! She got a pop up on her MacBook that the battery needs replaced! I am furious! If this is looked over properly, even though it is refurbished, then this should NOT be happening!! I have never had a problem with any of my many apple products so I did not get the extra warranty! This is ridiculous to only have a product that only lasts a little over 4 months! I am still even paying for this! I am very very dissatisfied!!

I bought this for my son to use for college. He loves it and for the price I paid, you could not beat that!

It’s okay, just hate I can’t download Microsoft Word, and I can’t take tests on it for my college. Which defeats my whole purpose of buying it.

I bought this because I had faith in refurbished laptops. For the $650 I paid for a laptop from 2017, I am glad I caught quickly that the laptop was overheating way too quickly (within ten minutes of me turning it on). I returned it and then got the same item AGAIN to find that the screen was unstable and wouldn’t stand straight. For $650 I returned it and bought a brand new one for $900.
