Bad device

When I got it the laptop the charger didn’t work and it could not hold a charge. I do not know if it is just this model but I’ve seen that it is a common problem among all Apple laptops.

Wasnt sure about switching brands but heard great things. I decided to try a refurbished model to see if i liked it before buying new. Charged immediately out the box and no good.
