Bad device

When I got it the laptop the charger didn’t work and it could not hold a charge. I do not know if it is just this model but I’ve seen that it is a common problem among all Apple laptops.

Wasnt sure about switching brands but heard great things. I decided to try a refurbished model to see if i liked it before buying new. Charged immediately out the box and no good.

Refurbished with bad battery

Contacted support and they can't guarantee that it will be repaired for no charge. Scheduled a repair, which is an hour drive away :( If there's a charge for repair we will just be returning the computer. Best Buy should at least make sure the computer is in good working order even if its refurbished!!
