The referbished computer came to us very dirty. Also, the computer would not even turn on. We took the computer in to have it looked at. The only suggestion provided was to return it as they could not fix it. We did return it, they did not even suggest helping us find another one or providing another solution.Between getting poor customer service and a broken computer I would even say a zero star review. Now we still do not have a cimputer.
