Purchased this computer online, had files that normally come with it that were missing and were unable to download, along with sticky keys and extensive exterior damage. Won’t allow me to return the item so I am frustrated that I wasted money for a computer that is not usable for my needs

Not at all what I expected. It has a ton of scratches and the box it came in was cheap. $800 for someone's trash basically. Another $200 and I could've had a brand new one. Never buy refurbished. It's basically like buying trash. Overpriced trash.

I was a little apprehensive about buying a used laptop but I am very happy with this MacBook Air. It was a fair price for a nearly flawless machine. My only disappointment was the amount of time the free shipping took ( over a week) but overall I am very happy with the purchase.

I was a little hesitant to buy a refurbished laptop, but I am happily surprised at the high quality of the laptop - no blemishes or scratches. Because I saved so much money, I purchased the three year warranty to ensure I have my laptop for years to come!

Not what i expected. I’ve never had a MacBook and was excited to use it. But when I got it it didn’t have enough memory for OneNote to use for school. That was the one thing I needed it for was taking notes and making outlines for school, and other school related things. Unfortunately, it would not hold even one download, and would not update to Most recent setting

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas & i was beyond worried for multiple reasons. So far everything has been good. I did not want to spend a lot of $ being this was her first MacBook & she is young still...…..well spent $ I was not disappointed
