Windows 11 is easer to use.Hoever the display is nice and VHD

No Charger! Can’t use and have waited a while to receive it. Truly frustrating.

Great investment for college students and it’s a great help for me to edit my YouTube videos.

I love the laptop. Wish It came with more RAM then just 4GB but it’s okay for what I need.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and it stopped working after 3 months.

I’m not pleased with my purchase. I just gave my son his gift and there is a lock on the laptop maybe from a school. He is not able to use the computer and I can’t reach anyone to talk about it or get to fix my dilemma.

I picked this computer up and it worked great for up to a month then stopped working completely! Called Best Buy and they wouldn’t even give me the time of day.

Got this for my mom. It’s her first macbook. Body has some scratches and it took a full day to update software to Monterry or whatever it was lol. She likes it and it works great.

Do not recommend at all it’s outdated preferably would rather get ipad

Don’t ever buy something like this I got mine it was touched with water it got missed up after 1 week I got it missed up from Best Buy the won’t refund me my money back

Had to buy a brand new Macbook Air Never buying a used Apple product again.

Came in great condition but it’s extremely slow. I mean late 80s- early 1990 type of slow. We returned it and got another one from a different company

Upon receiving this computer, I was super nervous due to it being refurbished. However, besides one small scratch on the bottom, the computer was practically in brand new condition. The computer runs quickly and smoothly and the memory was actually 8gb instead of the listed 4gb. It came in nice packaging and with a seemingly brand new charger. There are no dents or scratches anywhere on the computer, except the small one on the bottom. Definitely worth the price paid and includes a 90 day warranty!

Grandson is pleased. Will soon be using it for on-line school

I was super excited about getting this laptop with intentions I was going to use it for online college classes. The day I received it I couldn't even set it up because of a flashing file that kept flashing on the screen. I immediately went to YouTube and tried everything I could find. I can't reinstall the program because it can't find a disk. I tried calling in about it, but was transferred 4 times before the call either dropped, or I was hung up on. I live over an hour away from a Best Buy store, for now I'm stuck with an unusable laptop until I can get time from work to make the drive. I feel as if it should have been working the day I received it.

Works just fine. Only minor cosmetic scratches from being a refurbished model.

Great laptop also for the price better then what I expected. Most times the down side was how slow it was other then that pretty great

INCREDIBLY disappointed with this seller. I don’t understand why they held onto my money AND the device I paid for for over an entire week before they so much as printed a label. THEN, it took them an additional two days to even take it to a UPS store. They have completely wasted my time and now my laptop will arrive GOD KNOWS WHEN and I’ve missed my first day of classes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
