Waste of my money computer stopped working

Waste, was told I can’t get a refund. Tried to return they declined. So upset, only had it 25 days. Never again, will I buy from Best Buy. Sold me a computer that lasted 25 days and screen went black and won’t turn on. Then told me I have to pay Geek-squad to look it over. No I won’t!

There should be heavy improvements involving status updates, and reliable 24/7 tracking.

Had a problem getting into it so took it to best buy and geek squad guy said battery was dead it fully charged and it was only 45 minutes ride , going back Tomorrow to get rid of it
