Stopped working after two weeks

Then it stopped turning on, likely a “hardware issue” I was told. 2 stars because at least I could return it for a refund, but it stopped working the day before the return window closed so that’s pretty concerning.

The power cord was loosely packaged and not secure. The laptop was in great condition and functioned as promised. Overall experience was great.
