I purchased this item for my son. When he opened the computer and began to set the computer, he was amazed at the quality: great product and a great price. The computer looks brand new. No scratches!

Computer works well, looks great. This purchase seems to be a good value for the money that I paid for it. It looks like a brand new computer. I do wish the font was larger, have not figured out how to make it bigger.

If I could give this a negative review, I would. I can't believe Best Buy is selling computers that cannot even be updated to current levels to run current software. This computer was worthless without the ability to upgrade to a current operating system. Apple no longer supports this model because it is so old -- why would Best Buy still be selling it as if it would work? Then, after driving over an hour to get to the closest store to my rural home for assistance and then to exchange the computer, I was not even given a small discount on my next purchase for my inconvenience. This is after I have bought about 5 Apple computers, at least 3 iPhones and iWatches and 3 iPads within the last year. I also subscribe to their highest membership to receive better care... I guess that better care doesn't pertain here and the customer loyalty to have bought so much for my family and my two businesses does not count either. I am seriously considering where I shop now.

Love the refurbished MacBook air. Less expensive than replacing the battery and touch pad.

Very old and did not come with basic programs I was expecting like garage band or imovie. Also will not uopdate to latest ios. This is a problem

I purchased my MacBook February 13th, 2023. I received the product and was satisfied until one of the letters came off (not from misuse) and the keys were sticking (no liquid damage had/has occurred). Keyboard issues are known for the 2017 model and possibly the early 2015, which is the model I have. I reached out to JemJem per the warranty and she was willing to help me. I did not get a chance to send my MacBook in. When I reached out again, I communicated with Conrado. Conrado was not as pleasant to communicate because of the way he communicated the information without seeing the Macbook. He insisted that the keyboard malfunction was physical damage, but i informed him that this was not physical damage. Conrado directed me to GeekSquad who told me they could not help me, and that the keyboard was physical damage, but said that JemJem should cover the keyboard. When I emailed JemJem back, he told me physical damage was not covered. I just would like my keyboard fixed so i could fully use my device. Unfortunately, JemJem has not answered the phone, and I am left unsatisfied. Hopefully, the issue will be fixed. I will just order from a different company from now on and not purchase products through the company.

Laptop exterior is severely dented and scratched. I was under the impression refurbished items were to be dent and scratch free. Outside is horrible
