    The power charger on the laptop broke and bestbuy told me they don't repair that I have to find a outside repair shop

    The computer works great and it was in great condition. My only issue is that sometimes the screen glitches but it’s not much of a big deal to me. Another issue I had was with the charger. The charger sent was third party and did not work. I wish I could have gotten a refund on that.

    Received the computer and it was so beat up, looked like it had been dropped several times. I returned the computer right away.

    It’s okay. The unit did not ship with a power supply.. the supplier should implement stricter quality control to ensure that the Eid units ship complete
