I’ve been using it since September of 2023 for college, and its been working great! Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

It has been a good experience with this pre-owned computer. No issues whatsoever and I even received a free charger and cable. It was a good purchase and fast apple device too. My only complaint was that it took almost a month, but it was worth the wait.

This replaced my 10+ year old pc, great computer for my needs, great price. Quicker than expected delivery too, thanks Best Buy!

Laptop is perfect, looks brand new!! No complaints so far, just got it yesterday. Well worth it than spending 3 times more for a new one.

This computer worked fine for about 2 weeks. I would advise buying a new Apple computer if you can afford one. I am going back with hp brand computers as even the refurbs are powerful and user friendly. This computer freezes even when I am typing documents in Word for goodness sakes. The battery charge does not last long at all, which is characteristic of most heavily used and refurbed Apple products.

Exactly what I needed. Very good condition except for a few scratches on back but putting it in a case solved that. Good battery life. Only able to upgrade to Monterey iOS but still very good.

The battery is great, it came with MacOS Mojave pre installed, everything is perfect besides one issue. There is a small dent on one of the corners of the laptop. Its not a deal breaker by any means, everything else is great.

Perfect product but the item was delivered in bubble wrap! This was a gift for my daughter and I had to give it to her in something else. Totally not what I expected. I wish this had been explained to me and I could have made other arrangements.
