    I thought I was safe buying from a seller backed by Best Buy but I was wrong. The computer head phone jack wouldn’t work, battery dead, I emailed the seller because there is supposed to be a warranty but no answer from the seller. Will never buy through Best Buy again.

    My daughter love her MacBook it came earlier than expected she was so excited and it was in a decent box wrapped good and it was in like knew condition the speed is good and the Apple sign lights up and the keyboard she love it

    The product came with scratches on the bottom and dirt caked in where the screen attaches to the bottom. There is also some wear from the keyboard on the screen. It wasn’t a big deal but expected it to be in better shape for being refurbished. Works well so far. It has been about a month and appears okay.
