I’ve been using it since September of 2023 for college, and its been working great! Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

Laptop is perfect, looks brand new!! No complaints so far, just got it yesterday. Well worth it than spending 3 times more for a new one.

Exactly what I needed. Very good condition except for a few scratches on back but putting it in a case solved that. Good battery life. Only able to upgrade to Monterey iOS but still very good.

I'm so happy with my purchase and really appreciate the wonderful service I received. I had a 40 minute tutorial session with Kevin, got my e-mail set up and learned a few tips and and tricks also. I've never had a Mac before and so far it's been terrific!

This computer worked fine for about 2 weeks. I would advise buying a new Apple computer if you can afford one. I am going back with hp brand computers as even the refurbs are powerful and user friendly. This computer freezes even when I am typing documents in Word for goodness sakes. The battery charge does not last long at all, which is characteristic of most heavily used and refurbed Apple products.

This computer works just as good as a brand new one I have recommended to many people to check out best buys refurbished computers, very pleased

I just opened them so I cant say anything about longevity of the computer but initial use a look have been great.

The battery is great, it came with MacOS Mojave pre installed, everything is perfect besides one issue. There is a small dent on one of the corners of the laptop. Its not a deal breaker by any means, everything else is great.

This is my 3rd refurbished mac and the screen is so sensitive even if I close the computer with the slightest strength within 2-3 months the screen is distorted and I have to buy another. At this point this is not a good value when I have to replace the laptops so often

Great product for being refurbished. Great condition with the exception of a few scratches on the bottom of the macbook.

The product is clean and works good. It was delivered earlier than it was scheduled to deliver

I thought I was safe buying from a seller backed by Best Buy but I was wrong. The computer head phone jack wouldn’t work, battery dead, I emailed the seller because there is supposed to be a warranty but no answer from the seller. Will never buy through Best Buy again.

As described works perfectly refurbished but looks and works like a new one
