    I bought this for my granddaughter. She experienced problems from the beginning, I've since been told never to buy a refurbished Mac, at least not from Best Buy

    I purchased this refurbished and it was disappointed. I cannot download the apps I wanted. Mainly pages, which came on all my other apple products and it is terribly scratched on the case, looks like it’s old and abused.buy new

    I honestly thought that because it was sold by Best Buy, I would have a good purchase. It doesn't matter if it's used, the important thing is that it's in good condition and works 100%, but it really only lasts 10 minutes and it turns off even with a 100 charge, it doesn't work without the charger connected even with the charger turns off. I also do not recommend it, you can only return it for the first 5 days, unfortunately they are traveling when I received it. I can't return it

    The battery lasts less than 4 hours and shuts down and won’t turn back on at 35% Does what I need it to if I’m sitting at my desk
