Actually bought this for my son to take to college. School hasn't started yet but he spends several a day on it getting it all set up and ready. We shopped and compared quite awhile before making the purchase. Product reviews from others were extremely helpful. Has all the features he need and is light weight and easily transportable. Highly recommend!

We got our feet wet in the Apple world with iphones and iPads, but this was our first Mac computer purchase. I've been a Windows user / tech since the 3.1 days, but Windows just seems to become more problematic with each iteration. It's nice to have a stable system where the hardware and operating system are made by the same company; no more finger pointing if there's an issue. Oh, and the ONLY issue we've experienced thus far on this machine is with an installation of Microsoft Office for Mac. Go figure.

Bought this for my wife to use. it was an easy set up for her email and she uses it mostly to download banking and photo's.

The computer is a quick study and user friendly. Glad I purchased it.

Mac's are great because you get what you're advertised - ease of use, sturdy build, long shelf life. This was actually a gift for someone, and I'm sure it'll be well used.

This is a great laptop for my teenager for high school work. It is light and portable and works great. Would have liked a reasonably priced office package to go with it.

Two drawbacks: no slot for CDs, though a peripheral can be purchased. Also 'Pages' application is junior league compared to 'Softword,' which is not on the hard drive.

In the beginning it is a big change from an Dell and it is more expensive. But the money is totally worth it. The quality of the computer and speed is top of the line.

Great notebook for home and office. Actually, this is my second MacBook Air. And I don't want anything else. I'm working from home and it this computer make me happy

This laptop is very light but has a lot of power to it. It is great for traveling as well as using it for picture editing and blogging if need be. Great price as well.

Have used windows base laptops for the longest time. Thought I would try an Apple Macbook. So far it has been great. Very easy to work with and enjoyable to use.

Bought this as a gift for my husband, who loves it. I have the same one and mostly appreciate its light weight. Biggest drawback is that it is slow to boot up.

The MacBook Air is a great laptop for home. It's lightweight, easy to use & works syncs with my iPhone & Apple TV.

We purchased this as a second computer within the house. So far, it has performed as expected. For us, it's the perfect combination of portability and power.

I bought a macbook in order to better organize my music and photographs. I already own an iphone so having a Mac allows me to see and edit my photos on the Macbook as well as continue browsing (or watching a show) where I left off on my phone. I was skeptical about the whole thing at first but have to admit, love the ecosystem.

I thought it was going to be hard to transition from a pc to a mac but it was not hard at all. Somethings are different but overall, its actually easier to use.

For Mac users, this is a good and solid machine. It's light and compact so it's really portable. It gets the job done beautifully. Mac users will love it!
