Am very impressed with the user friendliness, the design of the computer and the processing speed. The screen size is amazing! Only negative is how heavy it is.

Once ya go Mac, ya never go back
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After buying 6 PC laptops in 5 years for my wife and myself, I decided to spend a bit more for two Mac Airbooks. Being new to Mac, we are still getting used to the operating system but we are both very impressed with the quality of the hardware, the speed of the boot up, and the software apps included. Every PC we have had has had power port failures, or malware problems, or multiple calls to tech support right out of the box. All of my PCs have had to be restored from factory settings, some many times. These Macs just seem to work. No support calls for the five weeks we've had them. Best Buy had the best price, the salesman was very helpful. I feel like I am going to stop buying as many computers now. This is the perfect machine for surfing the net. SSD hard drive is quiet and fast. Not much storage but between cloud storage and external hard drive that is a moot point for us. Very happy with purchase.

I have always used Windows but because of having an iPod, iPhone and an iPad, I decided to complete the family with a MacBook. The $200 off promotion is what sealed the deal but I have wanted a MacBook for quite some time. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend the product.
