I bought this laptop for my daughter for college. She had never owned a laptop and this one is so easy to set up and use. she loved the backlit keyboard and its very light and easy to carry around. I think apple is always so much easier than windows products. We used her best buy student discount and it was a great deal too.

Laptop is great for students as it is lightweight and the battery lasts over 8 hours.

Steve jobs would be proud! About 4 years ago my Mac Laptop fell off the desk one too many times and never turned back on again. (That's what having children will do.) However, I had that computer for about 10 years! I believe if it weren't for the abuse, Mac would still be here with us today. :( I was in a rush the day my Mac died and so I simply picked up the phone, and dialed the most convenient and accessible computer company I could...Dell. WHYYYYY??? (Cries uncontrollably, sobbing, and then sniffles to continue to say): Not even 4 years later, and minus any falls, the laptop stop turning on. Anyway, I'm happy to say that I'm now the proud owner of a Mac Laptop once again. And I've been happier every since...I'm my old self again...no kidding! In addition, while at Best Buy, I saw the iPhone Watch! Like a kid in a candy shop, I thought for sure this was an impulse buy (and perhaps it was) and I'd soon return it as I'd would have found its purpose pointless and silly...but pretty! Cut to 2 months later, and I don't know how I've lived my life this far without one! Thanks Apple & thanks Best Buy! #happymacgirl P.S. The sales rep at Best Buy wasn't fun though. He could have cared less what I had bought. I wish he'd been more fun and excited for me. He was more like a robot. Just got me the stuff and rang me up. I don't even think he ever really looked at me once. No connection at all. #allinthenameoffunmrsalesguy

It does everything I hoped it would do. Its fast and light weight. Its worth the money.

Purchased this for my daughter. Allows her to use for personal needs as well as her school work. Perfect size and the right amount of storage needed for all her assignments. Very user friendly as with all Apple products.

Waited a very long time to purchase this computer. Went through many cheap and inferior computers before buying this one. Oh my, was it worth the wait. It is so VERY easy. Practically set up itself, synced my iPhone and the printer without much input from me! My grandson recommended this particular model and I am so happy with the selection. I could not have picked a better computer for my needs!
