The laptop is very light which will be good for our future travels overseas. Have not used it too much other than email and some minor internet reviews, but the picture and response time are excellent. The only issue I have found thus far is occasionally it needs to be restarted when it seems to bog down.

Considerably more money than a windows model, however I am sick of antivirus software and slow downs. With a Mac there is non of this nonsense. At least that I have had to deal with. I have had a Mac for 8 years now. Will never go back. This model will have ample space for all of her files.
