Bought this for my mother as she was having troubles and wanted a more stable computer. I set it up for her like I do all her stuff. And after using it I didn't want to give it up! Never had a MacBook before but I will tell you wow you can see the difference. My next computer will be a Mac

Easy to use. Runs smoothly. No delays in loading Examsoft unlike PCs.

I don't require a lot of power or memory. I wanted a laptop that could also serve as a desktop, connected to an external monitor. The MacBook Air so far seems great for this dual purpose. I also bought an Acer monitor, and it easily connected to the Air as an external monitor. I can take the Air with me as needed, otherwise it lives at home as a desktop.

I am truly a Mac fan. Love this computer and the size, weight, etc.

For the first time buyer it is a great product but once you are familiar to it you rather buy MacBook Pro rather with higher storage.

I first purchased the Apple 12" and never took it out of box. Then the 13 was in a flash sale for almost 400 less so I returned the first. I love this laptop! I'm a slowly evolving getting up to speed tech wise, but this product is amazing, easy and with Apple there's always classes! Apple all the way for me! Got the watch and now need to update my iPhone 5.

I was originally concerned that 128GB wouldn't be enough, BUT with cloud storage and the ever-decreasing prices of external HDs and flash cards/thumb drives, it hasn't been a concern yet. As long as I prepare and make available all files from my home/work desktop on additional storage devices, this MacBook is the PERFECT portable companion for anyone with computing needs away from their desk. Whether on the couch, on a train, or in a waiting room while the kids are in a class or appointment, it is great to know that there is no compromise in getting my work done on this machine. Even the keyboard is comfortable to use with my big sausage fingers -- no double typing keys or tripping over my own fingers. Pairing with a Bluetooth mouse is great, too. While the touchpad is well designed (if you are familiar with all of the command gestures), coupling it with a traditional mouse (if you have the space to use on) makes it feel like I'm at my work desk. A++

If you have considered purchasing a Mac don't wait do it. This is by far the best computer I've ever owned. The apple soft ware takes a little getting use to. The minute the computer is up its ready to work. There's no lag or waiting like a windows product. Best purchase I've made in years.
