This laptop is so fast, easy to use, lightweight, and fun! As a college student, I needed a reliable laptop that was fast and I could count on. This is it! I was tired of spending hundreds of dollars on Microsoft laptops that would only last a few months. It's an investimate but if you love your iPhone, you'll love this laptop.

My daughter uses the MacBook for college. The purchase and ease of use is absolutely priceless. Durable. Reliable.

I was weary of lugging around a laptop and the power cord... so I decide to get one of these. I'm gradually learning the different system. I like the feel, great display, lightweight, sturdy, and great battery life. I should have gotten one sooner.

I bought this laptop shortly before my freshman year of college, and it has served me well. It is lightweight, fast, and has great battery life. I’m an English major, so I do lots of writing and I’ve found it very comfortable to use. Would definitely recommend it, as I have had no problems with it at all.

Bought my Macbook air last month it is awesome very easy to use fast keyboard is great when traveling it great because its so thin and so lightweight small size and packs a lot of wallop it syncs with my mac and my i phone its just the right call when looking to buy a computer and you need it to be portable

I'm a college student and needed a light weight, dependable laptop. This fit the bill. I have gone from Windows to Mac and have found that Mac is more user friendly and the fact that they are less prone to virus is a plus. So far I have liked the screen size and display light. Also the battery lasts for an incredibly long time. My two major complaints and that the edges are not rounded enough so they hurt my arms when I'm typing a long paper and second the power cord seems to have a magnet and doesn't stay very well. I also miss the ten key on my much cheaper Windows pc. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase.

So, let me start by saying that I had previously owned a late 2011 MacBook Pro that I had bought for my four years of college... well six years later she was still running great but was just a bit bulky these days. Enter the MacBook Air. I had been watching this computer for quite some time on BestBuy due to the deals that were frequently being run on them. I will simply say that this Mac has been a joy. It's so light to the point you might forget it's there in your lap or in your backpack, and has plenty of power to perform almost any task a normal computer user would use it for (email, web, light gaming). On top of that... EXCELLENT battery life. I have been getting close to 10 hours of use with each charge. All in all, I'm usually the one who splurges although I can easily say that I am happy I saved almost $500 by choosing the Air over the MacBook Pro. For what I do, which is simple web browsing, downloading music, etc, this is more than enough, while you still get a brand new Mac that is sure to last you as long as you want to take care of it!

I really only have complaints about the screen and lack of power. The resolution, clarity, and brightness are mediocre in my opinion. I work in the creative industry and use this as my personal/home laptop. Switching from the clarity and performance of the Pro is really tough. However, there are many great things about it. Long battery life, super lightweight, can handle multiple applications (even design programs), etc. If you're looking for an affordable Mac this is perfect. If you're looking for something more powerful or with a larger, clearer screen then go with a Pro for a few hundred more.

I needed a laptop that was very slim and lightweight yet could run all of the programs I need for school. I've always been a Windows user but found the MacBook Air to be the best price for a machine that meets all of my requirements. 2 months in, I'm so glad I chose the Air. Portable, powerful, easy to navigate.

I initially purchased the Macbook Pro with touchbar but ended up returning it to buy the Macbook Air. The price for this computer make is so you cannot pass up. It so quick and the battery life is amazing. Perfect for anyone needing a laptop.

I already had a MacBook Pro but needed a second computer, so I decided to try out the MacBook Air. I'm not disappointed one bit! Runs smoothly and is lightweight. I just wish the screen was a Retina, but it is a small sacrifice for the price.

Before getting a MacBook Air I had a Macbok pro. This switch has been a great transition - the Air is easy to use and so light! It's easy to carry around between classes or from home to work. Super handy and easy to get everything I need done with great resolution, fast processing, and simple infrastructure.

Trust me on this- Apple is the only laptop brand worth investing in. I had a MacBook that I got for my 16th birthday - it lasted me till my 22nd birthday. Honestly it was still working when I decided to get a new laptop that could work at better speeds. It was my last half a year of college and I was paying for a new laptop on my own - with the advice from 2 trustworthy computer savvy friends I chose the Lenovo Yoga. All in it was really the same price as a new MacBook so that was stupid, but beyond that, the thing was an absolute lemon. It had tons of display issues- I took it to GeekSquad multiple times then it just completely died on me. After 1.5 years mind you. I sobbed at the Best Buy counter and they helped me get this MacBook Air that was “Open Box”. It’s amazing. Just like my old MacBook - 0 issues. Absolutely perfect. Easy to use, syncs with everything, sturdy and trustworthy. Trust me, pay up for this. It will outlive any other laptop, probably even double that other laptops life.

Hello really quick. I used this for college I am a undergrad nursing student. It serves me wonders. The battery life is amazing. My computer is really fast. I don't save anything on here since I do everything on the cloud but that is my personal preference. Man it took me months to decide on a laptop both deciding between windows or Mac OS . have been jumping from android and iOS back and fourth since phone has become my daily driver this laptop and iPhone sync swiftly. yes there are other models but the discount for student plus the discount best buy offered when I bought this I took advantage, I believe eapple did a last iternal upgrade for the internal components before discontinuing this device but I don't regret it at all. I plan to keep this for years. who needs the latest and greatest anyways!?

The MacBook Air remains the least expensive MacBook, and has finally received a minor spec upgrade. Battery life is excellent, and performance for everyday tasks remains smooth. It's the only MacBook left with standard USB ports or a MagSafe connection.

If you're looking for something with a long battery life and great price compared to other competitors, look no further. This sturdy little laptop keeps up with my study sessions, classroom notes, and downtime tv watching. I recommend this for someone who's looking for a light laptop and long battery life.
