I was hesitant to make the move back to Mac because I had been on Windows machines for so many years of my life, but I have admit I am very pleased with the ease of carrying and using my new machine. It's useful for business and personal matters that we have within our household.

High speed computer with great sound and long battery life

Switching from windows, it is a great experience with amazing performance. Good for the price. Might write few months later with more experiences of using this product. so far so great.

The machine runs well. It's snappy as just about any laptop that is decently optimized in 2016 would. My biggest gripe with the Air is it's poor screen resolution. It's blurry in comparison to my PC laptop; which I could've lived with if the viewing angles weren't so bad. Seriously, you could be looking at a photo straight on and it looks great. But if you move your head slightly up it'll look over-exposed. Move it slightly down and now it's under-exposed. So what does the picture really look like? Who knows! So I returned it for that reason. The Pro is much better in that regard.

I had a MacBook Pro prior to this and wanted to stay in the Apple family. I need something for school, but don't edit a lot of photos or do any sort of graphic design. The minimalist design and weight is great, and it works just as well as my previous MacBook. Definitely something I would recommend to a friend or a first time apple buyer.

I originally purchased a surface pro and quickly changed my mind. It felt flimsy and the key board was just plain ugly ( gray felt)! I returned it and purchased my Mac Air on the encouragement of my sons . They were spot on , I love it and highly recommend the product .

I purchased this specific computer at BB for $750 ($749.99) last month. And I used a BB credit card that netted me an additional $37.50 cash back. Great computer, but yes, they're end-of-line and a bit dated. However, it runs OS X and better engineered than any computer in that price range. You can even run Windows/Linux on it if you prefer.

My first Mac after MANY PCs. High quality, fast and reliable.

I was nervous about switching from Windows and my Gateway, but it's been great. I'm still getting used to some of the commands and shortcuts, but the change has been practically painless! I love that the MacBook is on and ready to use as soon as I lift the lid. I also love the finger swipes for moving things around. Overall......very happy!!
