Great thin and light laptop and still with the horsepower to run real applications unlike the MacBook which is underpowered. Bought for my daughter to use in college and she loves how easy a Mac is to use and of course she likes the styling.

I do a lot of internet browsing, research for work, etc. and edit a few videos every now and again... this computer is perfect for all of that. Super fast, great design and charges quickly! This is my first Mac and I love it so far!!

This is my first time writing a review, never thought i would, but I find myself buying a lot of stuff from Best Buy so why not right?!! So let me first start off buy saying that i was a windows guy and had every excuse of why windows was better, but i always kept searching the web to see what people were saying about macs... it was always 50/50. i decided to take the plunge and I bought the Mac Air. Day one i was hooked, i was so in love with everything about the mac, i don't know how i ever got around without one. Ok so about the Mac AIr, its so light and portable!! I am a college student and trust me that extra 1 or two pounds from a huge laptop makes a big difference when hauling it around in your backpack... this thing is super portable, i take it everywhere and i use it for everyday use. The only issue i had was the resolution isn't the greatest but i only noticed it because i have the ipad pro, but if you dont have anything high resolution to compare it to you wont even notice. This mac is so worth the money!!

I have always had Dell computers and decided for my new laptop, I would switch from Dell and get an ASUS. The day I bought the ASUS I had program problems and long story short, within two weeks had two different ASUS laptops and was visiting Geek Squad to get a third when I decided I was sick of dealing with the same problems. I never have wanted to make the switch to a Mac because of software compatibility issues but the ASUS pushed me over the line and now that Apple has come a long way with software I decided to switch. This computer has been perfect for everything I need it for. I'm not using it for any hardcore programs but normal internet, Microsoft programs and adobe programs work wonderfully. It's a fast and quiet computer and I'm looking forward to it lasting for a long time.

I have been a lifetime windows user, and reached my breaking point with endless scanning for security updates, that slowed my system and delayed my access. I finally made the decision to go MAC, and I will never go back. This Air is the most affordable, fast and efficient Macbook to access email, surf the web, work with my iTunes library, and edit photos With most files & photos storable on the web or external hard drives, this basic laptop with 128GB SSD and 8GB memory has all the speed and storage I needed to replace my old windows desktop. Now my computing is portable, easy, fast, and fun. I also love the breakaway magSafe charger, and the USB 3 ports that work with my existing iPods and external CD optical drive, with no need for an adapter. I purchased a Thunderbolt to HDMI cord to display my laptop on a larger television screen, and it works like a charm. The MacBook Air may be an older design, but it has the convenient ports that work best for me. My recommendation... grab a MacBook Air while they are still available.

I have had this computer for about a month now. I purchased it to start fresh as I begin nursing school soon. I love it so far. It doesn't take up a lot of space, the battery lasts for a very reasonable amount of time, and the computer is fast. I am very glad I took the plunge with this purchase.

I bought the MacBook as a Christmas present for my wife. She loves it! Excellent design, fast and easy to use. We started using apple products when my job provided me with an iPad. The MacBook was a natural progression. Would recommend Apple produces to anyone. Expensive but worth the price.

Love my new Macbook air. It's incredibly lightweight, very thin, and easily portable. The screen is just the right size and the resolution is perfect. Power and performance are fine for the price, and the smaller storage option was right for me along with the purchase of a large external drive.

This has been a fabulous addition to my college success. Between being able to keep up with school work online, and writing college papers. I love the fact that this works all day without complaint. The screen is a perfect size, and the screen can be zoomed-in upon in the same manner as an iPhone, iPad, etc., for anything that seems too small. It weighs next to nothing when I'm carrying my textbooks and have to say that I've enjoyed my newest acquisition.

This laptop is quick and perfect in every possible way! I had a MacBook Pro for the past five years and it finally died. I replaced it with this Air and I'm so impressed! It's fast and light weight and does everything I need! I highly recommend this to anyone like looking for a great computer!

Never owned a faster more high-quality laptop ever. This mac is fast and runs smooth. The battery life is near perfect, I get about 11 hours on it. I really like the premium built mac laptops have, especially the thinness and weight it comes with. Also got 100$ for being a student. Great deal !

When Best Buy had the huge back to school sale, I jumped at the chance to get this. I have the new MacBook Pro and the MacBook Air provides all the same Apple ecosphere look and feel at a fraction of the price. Lightweight, affordable and plenty of power for the majority of users.

I am a lifelong PC user who just bought my first Mac, and it's been great. As a writer, I use two programs for much of my work: Scrivener (available for PC and Mac but designed for Mac) and Vellum (Mac only). So even though software drove my buying decision, the Macbook Air is easy to use (now that I've watched a few YouTube videos about transitioning from PC-to-Mac) and has great battery life. The battery life means I no longer need to hunt for a power outlet when I want to get out of the office to work. The Macbook Air is also less expensive than the Macbook (which is helpful if you are on a budget), but the 13-inch model that I purchased still includes 8-GB of memory so I can run Adobe Creative Suite with no issues. While the computer has limited data storage, there are many great and low-cost options for storing my files off site (I use Dropbox). All things considered, I could not be happier with the Macbook Air and am only sorry that it took me so long to make the leap from PC.

The Macbook air is a great laptop. The battery life is several fays for me. I ave taken it to several meetings and it is so light I have no problem hauling it around. It is lightning fast I use it to multitask regularly. I replaved a 10 year old macbook pro and wish I had done so earlier.

I love this product and all it has to offer I would never buy another brand besides MacBook
