I got this computer for graduate school. It is very lightweight and has a long battery life, which is perfect when I am on campus all day. It is incredibly easy to use. My only complaint would be that I had to purchase microsoft office separately, which was more expensive than I expected.

Things I like: Apple products are wonderfully easy to use. It's chic, feels nice. The illuminated keyboard is excellent. It's fast and easy to use. Things I don't like: The keyboard is a little uncomfortable. This could just be me, but after a month or so, I'm still not use to how it feels. The flip-up cover seems to have loosened up some. I'm going to take it in to the Apple store to have it looked at. Overall, I love this machine. I skimped on HD space when I bought this and I kind of regret it. Looking back, I would have bought the 256G version.

I've had a few non Apple laptops, only to be disappointed by slow speed, poor quality overall and difficult operating systems. I am very pleased withy MacBook Air, I've had it for about a month and it is easy to use, speedy and holds battery like no other laptop. Totally worth the $$$.

In my opinion it is worth the extra money to buy the mac book air at BB. The lap top is the lightest, thinnest, best looking most prestigious and most durable 14 solid state 14 inch screen lap top on the market. Additionally, I was able to get a 5% credit to ward my account

I bought this for my wife, who has muddled along with my computer hand-me-downs for years. The requirements of modern Internet usage (especially videos) have been taxing on the old machines. Since we've been primarily Linux based for years, I knew the adjustment to Mac would be simple. There have been a few things we've had to adjust to (Apple vocabulary & cloud based protocols), but nothing serious. She loves this computer! It's so light & easy to use. One unforeseen benefit has been the trackpad. With button pressure existing only along the bottom, the aggravation of moving the cursor & selecting something while typing has disappeared.

Has just about everything one would need for College. Good size. Easy to bring anywhere

Purchased the Mac for my son about three weeks ago to use in college and he has absolutely fell in love with it. Screen size is perfect, battery seems to last forever and simple to use. Not a negative thing to say about it.

This Apple laptop is fast. It's small and compact and I can travel with it like nothing.

I bought this for my daughter who is in her junior year of college. The speed is great for her needs. It's sleek design and light weight makes it easier to store and carry. The display is crips and clear, helping with eye fatigue. It's a great starter model for anyone on the go.

We are apple people, but I had no idea what I was missing before I bought this MacBook! I now have 3 in my home and will never buy another PC! It is light, charges so fast, holds a charge, is easy to take anywhere and user friendly! I cannot say enough good about this computer!

5 stars! Fast and light weight. Perfect for the on the go person. I personally use it on the train when commuting to LA from San Diego to write med-legal reports. My wife loves hers too~ We got one for her in 2013 and its loaded with stuff and still performs like its brand new~

Great performance in a moderately sized device. Was everything I hoped it to be. Fast, light weight, portable,and durable. Helped make my career as a virtual assistant easier while durable enough to survive constant travel and a 3yr old. 1st Mac computer, will not go back.

Get routinely over 10 hours of use (email, web, office programs). Considered getting a MacBook instead of the air for me, but the inclusion of sub ports and the Intel i5 processor over the core m won over. Not as nice of a screen over the macbook's retina, but still a nice screen.

Converted from a lifetime of Windows products. Never looking back! This MacBook Air performs seamlessly, is lightweight, looks great, and while I'll still use Windows products as required for work, I will be loyal to Apple for a very long time to come. Couldn't be happier!

Cannot go wrong with Mac. I bought this as a replacement for my MacBook pro which lasted 6 years, hopefully this will last the same or more. So far been happy with the product, it's light weight, good speed, crystal ear display, basically does the job for me.

This laptop is by far my favorite! It is compact but does everything I need and more.
