We have owned a lot of cheaper model laptops. Took a chance on MacBook and it's wonderful! Fast, connects easy, easy to use and I love that it's so light to carry around. Thank you Apple for another great product!

Somehow, although I love my iphone and my many ipads, I could never get rolling on the Macbook. I will say it is lightweight and the battery lasts a long time. Hard to use.

I bought this computer to help me get through my last year of college. I am going to be a teacher soon and this computer is perfect for my career path. It is so light, works fast & the battery last a long time.

It absolutely meets my expectations! I can see this MacBook as an entry level MacBook for their entire MacBook lineup. Which product you choose, depends on your usage. This MacBook Air is light weight, easy to operate, stunning display (although it's not a Retina display), holds the battery pretty good, nice keyboard finish, and overall great asthetic look! I'm very satisfied with my purchase at BestBuy as they had the best deal. We also got one for my friend and my sister, who needed it for their college. If you need more advanced functions, or you need it for a professional use than I recommend MacBook Pro which starts around $1300 (almost double than what I paid for this product when it was on sale for $700).

I went in to the store to purchase another laptop, as my Dell was 6 years old and running very slow. I wanted something else for school my for my daughter, and the daily tasks I do-web surfing, checking email, financial things, etc. I was looking at a cheaper ASUS until the sales person told me that it did not have a solid state hard drive, and the benefit of having one. Knowing my 12 year old was also going to use the device, I decided on one with a solid state hard drive. I was looking at a HP, but the MacBook was on sale, cheaper than the HP. I have an iPhone so I figured I would give it a try. I like that it is lightweight and easy to carry. I am still getting used to using the apps, and many things like closing a window being on the left side. The screen is a little small and I kind of wish it was touch screen-this is the main thing it is missing for me. It takes some getting used to, especially when I use a Windows device at work..Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Apple simply makes the highest quality goods in the world today. This laptop is fast, reliable, and easy to use. Others may have gimmicky features, but this device makes competitors efforts look woefully inadequate.

I love this MacBook Air 13' as I bought this laptop to replace my old Toshiba windows laptop that's slowly dying. I like the portability and the lightness of this laptop. I can go from my bed to the living room and the den with ease. I'm currently in school pursuing an on-line master's degree and was in need of a dependable laptop, as this one has so far served and is currently serving its purpose. I also enjoy watching movies, Hulu and You-Tube videos, as well as surfing the net. I'm glad I purchased this laptop as it is serving me well as the Reviews I read prior to purchasing it stated. This purchase was also a great Best Buy 4-Day Preview sale right before the Presidential Holiday. Thanks Best Buy! $749 best price ever!

This has been a great asset to me. Excellent performance with best size, weight and screen. I run with windows in parallel using virtual machine and many research based software in it. Runs great with everything

I’ve never had a MacBook before, but since I have an iPhone and iPad I thought it’d make sense to have my laptop be an apple product as well. It took some getting used to at first and I’m still learning, but I’m liking it. It’s easy to use and I think it’s going to be a useful addition to my technology collection.

This is my first MacBook and I absolutely love it. I've had it for a solid 3 months now and it is everything I needed in a laptop. It runs very quick, navigates well while multiple programs are running, and I am able to open and close it anytime and pick up right where I left off on my work. I'm just not used to this kind of speed from a laptop at all coming from an old Toshiba laptop that was slow as a tortoise but refused to give up. The MacBook Air is extremely lightweight and thin enough to carry in a bookbag with a protective sleeve. It takes some time to get used to the desktop and safari if you upgraded from anything other than a Mac. Overall, I'm very happy with this product, best investment I've ever made.

At first I couldn’t pick between the Air and the Pro, but I decided to save a few hundred dollars & start off with the MacBook Air for my first MacBook. I couldn’t be happier!! It runs great, has enough storage for me, and I love that I can easily transfer information from my phone to my computer & vice versa.

Great device for anyone in college. Great battery life, I only need to charge it a few days a week, not every day. Very lite and not bulky so it doesn't take up a lot of room and add weight to your backpack.

I absolutely love this laptop. I have owned Microsoft product based laptops in the past. The very first was an HP and I loved it. It lasted me a good 7 to 8 years. Since I have bought different ones and have not had the same experience as I did with the first one. So I decided to switch to an Apple product and I don't regret it at all. I actually enjoy being on the computer at home now. It is quick and easy to operate. I don't experience a wait time to move from screen to screen or any operation really. Hope to have this one last as long or longer than the very first laptop I purchased. I'm still learning things about it and have only used it for about a month. So I can't really add any more detail at this time.

Bought this for our granddaughter (high school freshman). Good, solid performance, lightweight, durable, easy to set up. She has made great use of it. Student rate on Apple Care was a huge selling point.

This is my second Apple AirBook laptop. Bought this one primarily for work. Very lightweight, fast and dependable. I carry it with me every day as I am a nurse who visits and assess patients in their homes.

I am a professional bioinformatician ( a fancy way of saying that I study DNA for a living) and I can run all the programs that I need on this laptop. In addition, it is great for surfing the web, doing email, games and all the routine things that people do on a laptop. I am especially pleased with the battery life! I was able to use it for the entire flight from Chicago to Beijing (16 hours in the air) without running out of juice, admittedly, just using MS Word and Powerpoint.

This Mac Air has been very easy to operate. We were able to set it up with no trouble and continue to learn the operating system. It is light weight, fast, and exactly what we were looking for in a laptop.
