This computer is light, thin and looks like a piece of art. It's also just flat out runs great! Another great Apple product!

I bought this for my daughter. Less than a day after receiving it, she contacted me to tell me how fast she thought it was. She also thought that it was incredibly light. She can't even tell when it's in her backpack!! Her initial reactions are all positive. I couldn't ask for more than that. Overall it was a great experience. The Best Buy representative was very helpful. I wasn't even aware that Best Buy had a student program until he pointed it out to me. It became an instant savings to me of $150.

This laptop is really great. It is nice and compact and light and fast for what it is!

Apple is the featured product in our house and this new MacBook Air was for my wife. She loves it! She had an old MacBook that would no longer update so it was time to bite the bullet and spend the money. Apple products last longer and are user friendly without having to deal with virus protection each year! The Air is light and easy to use, while everything syncs with our other devices!

I was initially resistant to the Mac laptops because they are so much pricier than a "comparable" PC. Then I got tired of constantly being tech support and having every Windows update break my PC. My whole family switched to Macs and I have never been happier! They just work. Period. No more evenings spent as tech support figuring out why the dumb thing won't work. Plus they look nice and are slim and light, and easy to carry around in a slim bag. Highly recommend. You won't be sorry!!

This computer is great for school, social media, arts and crafts, watching videos and so much more. It works quickly and efficiently with plenty of storage. The screen picture quality is crisp and clear.

This laptop is a good start for someone who's never owned a Macbook before. It's easy to use, lightweight and affordable.

This is my very first Apple Mac laptop and I absolutely love it because it's very light, moves fast and holds a good charge.

i've been a windows user for years and not sure why i waited this long to use a mac! as i already mentioned, it is a bit of a learning curve, but I'm getting the hang of it. i really like how everything syncs together from my iPhone and iPad. this air is light, which is really nice, but the desktop is much smaller than i'm used to. not a deal breaker, but that certainly makes me want a larger mac!

I have always had Apple products and I had a Mac that was bought in 2009 and it suffered some abuse throughout my college years (including beverages spilled on it). I decided that it was time for a new Mac so I decided to try out the Air as I mostly need it for professional reasons and it is light weight and easy to carry. This was a great decision, when its in my bag I cant even feel it, its fast and has a great picture. I do not regret my decision to upgrade my Max (after 7+ years).

This MacBook Air is incredibly light, super fast, and really easy to use. I love how easy it is to organize all of my files.

This is a great laptop for people on the go. The laptop is lightweight, and it has great battery life. I can work a full day on this laptop, and still have 75% battery life. There are 2 issues that I have. First the screen resolution is not great. I think you sacrifice that for the aforementioned battery life. Secondly the disk space is not great. If you save a lot of video files, this may not be for you.

This laptop has some serious power. My wife runs photo shop and light room on it with ease. Light weight and easy to use.

...as this one was for my 90 year old mother who still handles some rental properties and emails a lot, as well as loading pics of family members. The light weight is so much better than her MBPro and it is fast. I have been resisting since there is no disc drive, which I use to play music when my husband and I are driving in our RV/home. But I am so impressed I may just have to spring for it and get an external disc player. It's light, easy to store, fast and the optics are great.

I was replacing a Macbook Pro that lasted a very long time and was going to get another one but the Air is just so light and easy to take on trips. Since the new designs exclude DVD drives in all the laptop models, that feature didn't really matter (it's the reason I didn't get the Air the last time). They're still a pricey and I only got this because I really like how it's compatible with my other devices and because it was on sale. But it's still a nice laptop to use everyday.

I was debating between getting the Air and the Pro and I settled on this because I really wanted a lightweight laptop and something that was also powerful enough to get the job done. It was also the first change I had made from a PC to an Apple product and I love it. It is super light and once you get used to the differences, it is very easy to use. Super happy that I invested in this product.

I'm a college junior that got an Asus as a graduation present from high school. It was touch screen and thought that Macs were a waste of money, until not even a year and a half into having the Asus, I couldn't unplug it from the wall without it dying. It took me a while to commit to buying myself a new laptop, especially something that I knew would be a real investment like a MacBook. I was going to buy one last August during Apple's back-to-school sale, I didn't and immediately regretted it because my Asus was not fulfilling what I needed it to be, a laptop that I could use for schoolwork and it just became a desktop for Netflix. A month ago I finally dropped the money during a sale at Best Buy and was so relieved by the easy use, quick loads, and iMovie is SO much better than anything I used to edit videos through PC. I was a skeptic PC user who didn't think the Mac would be worth the money, but now I don't think I will ever go back!!

Been looking to purchase another MacBook. My first Mac was purchased in 2009 and has never had a problem with viruses. I love the lightweight my new MacBook Air has, so easy to carry and handle. Was able to purchase on sale for $200 off the regular price. Was considering getting a refurbish one but the price was the same as the new one that BB had on sale. Very fast with the amount of gigs I need. I love Mac products and still use my old one. Got the new one for business use.

Great product, as you would expect from any Mac! I highly recommend this laptop! It is light, portable & lighting fast.
