Packaging was in excellent condition. I bought this for my husband as a Christmas present. Best buy made sure that there was not a way to harm the laptop. Battery life is efficient which is a HUGE plus that is what he loves about it the most other than all of his pictures and documents that were on his phone is now on the laptop because of icloud. The only downfall is that of course it is super thin and sometimes hard to open BUT the air is always thinner than the regular MacBook's.

This is the second MacBook Air I've purchased for our household in the last two years and I couldn't be happier! These machines are plug and play and best of all reliable! I've owned 4 Apple computers and never had a virus or malware which in today's world is a HUGE plus! Yes, it's expensive considering you can buy a Windows notebook for a few hundred dollars but at the same time you get what you pay for and I find a ton of value in the ease of use and reliability of Apple products.

It's great when you are relaxing in bed or on the couch using this laptop. The lightweight and thin style is awesome.

I really like how light weight and compactable it is for taking on the road. The storage is the perfect size for me as well as the screen size. However the only issue I have is some hotel wifi. My connection is not always strong and I wish I was able to plug into the land line.

I had not used Mac in years and it was pretty easy to pick it up and start using it right out of the Box. It is fast

I love the MacBook Air. It really is light and has what a college student needs. My only concern was that when I received the laptop there was one side where if you held the nails and squeezed it would make a squeaky sound indicating it is loose. I didn't notice this until it was too late because I was 2 days late to return or exchange it. It was understood that it was not covered in the insurance whether or not it's affecting your device because it is something physical. Now if it gets loose again I have to back to geek squad for them to screw it as much as they can. They weren't able to tighten it completely. However the laptop is still going strong and I still love it. And strongly suggest to open the laptop right there at the store after you buy it.
