I've enjoyed my purchase, its compact and lightweight, purchased a cd/dvd drive for $20bucks (LG) in case I need one, my only complaint would be the screen resolution, for the amount of money spent it should be at least 1080?? but other than that very happy.

The battery lasts all day. The screen size is good. And with 8 GB of ram it even plays video games pretty well!

First of, this is my first apple laptop I've ever purchased. It is a great laptop for basic tasks but I found it lacking power for things such as iMovie or more power hungry programs. I had home movies from a family vacation that I wanted to make dvds out of and I found that this laptop took forever to accomplish this task. For example, a one hour movie took about an hour to complete from iMovie to theater then about another hour to burn to DVD. The movie was hd but I didn't think it was going to take that long. One other thing... memory!!! Not enough! Plan to use cloud services or have external hard drives for this laptop. If I had to spend the money again, I would probably spend more for a pro model that will have more juice to it!

Overall a great laptop. Wouldn’t recommend for photographers/videographers as the resolution is capped and doesn’t show true color on the screen. Other than that - definitely buy an external HD to store additional things.

The MacBook is light and very easy to carry around. It's been helpful for my school work and applications.

I love my IPad. It is so light and fast speed. It takes excellent pictures and videos. Take it wherever I go.

I initially bought a Windows laptops for my kids (6 and 8), I figured I would take the less expensive way out since these would be their first computers. They complained about their windows machines were slow and Windows 10 really confusing and always updating. I took them back a got them Macs and they could not be happier. They can just open it and go straight to what they want to do without all the confusion of Windows 10. We are a Mac family.

It's very fast is lightweight and perfect for students on the go. The only downside is dosent have a CD-ROM .
