I tried several 2in1 laptops. They were all top notch but this MacBook Air had the others beat with longer battery life, light weight and never gets hot. The only trade off was the touchscreen. I never really liked to see finger prints on the screen. I am not a Mac fan but this may be the beginning of a new era for me.

It's been a week using this laptop and by far this is the best laptop I have ever owned in my life. It's so fast that it takes less than 10 seconds to boot, apps open almost instantaneously and it is a great for multitaskers like me that has to work with several webpages open at once, Word docs, pdfs, etc. The machine itself is very light, which is a big plus considering the its power. Recommended.

It is a great laptop for a college student! This MacBook Air is so lightweight and easy to manage, which is beneficial for students since they are always on the go! Also, I love how the keyboard has light, which helps at night when studying/doing homework. This 13 inch laptop is a perfect size b/c it is not too big yet not too small, I would definitely recommend to those looking for a laptop!

After using a 17" MacBook Pro for over ten years, I needed something small, light (not an iPad) and versatile. Initially I was looking at the MacBook-which I really liked-but I needed the thunderbolt and USB ports. The Air is fast and, like all Macs, easy to get working on various projects right away. It's incredibly lightweight, great for traveling, school and business work and watching movies.

This is my first Mac and I am loving it! I use it mostly for social media, but also to help with my home based business, Young Living Essential Oils.

I have had so many computers for business. I finally paid a little more and got the MacBook Air. It doesn't get jammed like my others, It is fast, can open many programs, visually satisfying with clarity, I can't say enough good things about this MacBook Air. Would certainly get another some time, but mine is really a "work horse" right now.

My high school-age daughter bought for school and loves it. More practical than tablet for all the assigned writing. Fits well in standard backpack.

Drank the Apple Juice a few years back, left my PC behind and have never really looked back. A great, lightweight laptop that can go wherever you go and delivers great speed, solid battery life, and operating system stability. With the addition of the Apple productivity suite (Pages, et al), offers additional bang for the buck. Definitely can't go wrong with the Macbook Air.

This laptop is amazing and would have easily given it 5 stars if it wasn't for not having a CD drive. I know they are trying to make them thinner but I expect to be able to put my photo disc into it and save my pictures. Yes I know I can buy the external drive for $80 but it will be nice if it was included in the package.

I was always hesitant about going from windows to mac, I've used a few macs before but I found it difficult to operate. My last pc was an asus and it was nothing but problems, battery stopped working and it was only 1.5 years old, and then it was updating at least 3 times a week. I boutght the MacBook Air for school, and wow, I love it, it's easier than I thought, and so much faster!

Great value as far as getting on sale vs. regular pricing of Macs...She loves it and as of now, the storage and memory are working out perfect....

Got this for our pastor in town and he loves it, he got a iPad at first but would rather want a computer! Works great for a on the go traveler!

So far, this laptop has been great! It is compact and lightweight. The screen resolution is very nice too. The only downfall for me is that the memory is smaller than my previous PC. I take a lot of pictures and, although, this Mac can hold a lot, it is not always all that I would like. I do eventually transfer them to another external hard drive, but I have to do it sooner now.
