This is my first MacBook Air and I find it just as easy to use as my previous Macs. It is lighter and the battery seems to last longer. The screen is smaller than my old Mac, but very clear. I miss the cd player and plan on buying the plug-in. I wish they had not changed the charging port again.

I previously was using windows because of the price difference, but the extra money spent on this is well worth it. Connectivity with other apple devices is a big plus. The size is just right for both portability and comfort. It's quick, and I really like the interface. At first it was a bit strange to get used to, but now I'm not sure I'll ever go back to windows.

Very elegant looking, fast and very light. User friendly and easy to carry.

Only con: can't use internet explorer based applications. Pros: connects with my iPad and iPhone, great battery life. Light and thin. Very fast. It has Siri now which makes surfing the net very easy. Love it!

I have had this laptop since september and I have used it everyday for school and it is absolutely amazing! Best purchase I have ever made.

Went from a MacBook Pro to the Air. It is perfect for business trips, traveling, and home use. It is very light and interactive with my Pro.

The Macbook air is really great for me as a first Apple buyer. I really love the lightweight of the macbook and every else but I do miss the 15'' laptops size of my last laptop which was a Dell. Overall the laptop is great and good for a college student like my self and I am happy with my laptop.

Got it on sale..good price for a brand new Apple laptop. User friendly. My daughter can used it perfectly for school projects. Very handy.

This PC rocks. It is lightweight, lightening fast and a very smart buy. I was fearful to be minus a disk drive. Don't be. I picked up an external disk drive for a few dollars and have saved the weight and space required to have one (i.e. MacBook Pro). I have only needed it once. All other needs were downloaded. You will not be disappointed in going with the MacBook Air.

My daughter is in high school and her old Macbook was starting to show some age (great computer). She needed something fast, lightweight and had great battery life. She wanted a Macbook Air but she heard that Sims didn't play well on the Macbook Air. I found several Youtube videos that dispelled this myth and we decided to purchase it. She is super happy with it.

Easy to set up, long battery life, lightweight - a great product!

For a couple years now I've been considering buying a Mac. The price has always been a deterrent, but my Dell was less than pleasant to work with. I finally just bit the bullet and ordered this when it was on sale, and I'm glad I did! There were quite a few reviews I read around stating that this MacBook runs slow (which is one of my biggest peeves with my Dell), but mine works like a cheetah. Sometimes it seems faster than my work computer! It was weird at first trying to figure out how to us the mouse with no righ-click (double tap really fast), or trying to figure out where the folders were, but the instruction book was very helpful! And once I actually sat down and read it, I can get around enough to feel like I've always had a Mac. One main drawback (which has nothing to do with the computer itself) is that none of my apps from my phone/iPad are accessible. There also doesn't seem to be as many to choose from IMHO. On the flip side, this automatically reads/opens RAW photo files, which was an unexpected bonus. These are just a couple of my opinions, you would need to try it for yourself to decide if it is right for you. Personally, I'm not planning on going back to a Windows computer if I don't have to.

I bought the based on a friend's recommendation and I have been totally happy with it. The ease of using the different programs is awesome. She was able to "set it up" for me with my most used apps in one place so this has been very helpful (I am NOT very computer savvy). Small enough to carry around or put in my lap, but large enough to actually SEE it.

It is lightweight, sleek and fast! I highly recommend this laptop.

As always, my personal experience with Apple products has always been positive. I have to admit it is a little pricey but the performance and size of this makes it well worth the price. Read other reviews for performance specs, but add Microsoft Office and it is ideal for any student at college or anyone that needs a small, easy to transport, powerful comp.
