Lightweight, quick responding and easy to use! Just what I wanted.

There's just something about Apple laptops. The trackpads are not to be touched by competitors, and the OS always feels smooth. For a machine that's a year old, it runs great. I was originally going to get a MacBook Pro, but decided on this because I wouldn't use the full feature set of the MBP. It was a great decision, and I saved a ton of money.

Lightweight, beautiful, reliable, sturdy, longest battery life of any laptop I've ever had by at least 5x. I have owned Dells, Lenovos, and even a MacBook Pro but the MacBook Air is my go to machine. 8GB and 256GB Flash storage is perfect for productivity and software development. Thank you Apple for a terrific machine and experience!

I purchased this computer for my daughter. She was a sophomore in college last school year. It was the best purchase I have made in a very long time. It is small and light weight for easy carrying to and from class. It is also very user friendly. I feel confident she will be able to get through the remainder of her college years with this computer!

I had purchased PCs all my life, but now that I have Mac I will never go back! The learning curve was difficult, but this computer makes my work for school and research efficient and easy! I would highly recommend this computer for individuals who spend a lot of time on their computer writing reports, organizing data, and binge watching netflix.

I bought this laptop to replace my old MacBook Pro that was 6 years old and the only reason I needed to replace it was because I spilled water on it. I purchased the mac book air because it still has USB ports and the 13inch display. I was worried it would not be as fast as my pro because the processer was not as powerful, however it's just as fast.

I went back and forth with deciding to take the plunge and purchase a Mac, and I am so glad I did! I have always had iPhones and iPads but was loyal to PC's. I finally decided to purchase this MacBook Air and it has not disappointed. It is the fastest computer I have ever used and is quite user friendly. I'm glad I made the switch and will never go back!

I really like this laptop. This is not the most powerful laptop in the market but is great ergonomically. I use this for my grad school and it serves my purpose as I was looking for something which is very light to carry and has a great battery life, as I have to use this for the entire day and carry it with me all the time. Really liked this product.

I don’t know why I waited so long to get this laptop- just larger Iphone ! Tech support is great also. Great bang for the buck!

My Macbook Air is so easy to use, super tiny and no heavy at all

I bought this older generation MacBook air for my daughter to replace her older Windows laptop. Apple does a really great packaging job and the quality is what you expect from Apple. MacOS is frankly easier to configure and use than Windows 10 these days and it just "works" so to speak. But, it is pricey even though I got it on sale and it is already a generation old on top of that. Typical Apple from that standpoint. Based on previous Apple ownership with an iMac and MacBook Pro, I'm hoping to see this one last a long time also. I only rate it 4 stars because of the price compared to what you could get in hardware from a current Windows laptop.

Transitioning from a 15" Macbook Pro to this product, you definitely notice how much lighter and compact this product is. It's just as powerful as my previous older generation Macbook Pro. Only drawback is it doesn't have an HDMI port and lacks a CD drive if that's something you're looking for but for what i use it for it's just perfect.

Easy to set up. Classic design. Light. Great for a student.
