This laptop is amazing. It is very intuitive, easy to use and a must have for a high school student who is constantly tasked with writing assignments and projects that need to be submitted electronically to her teachers. It is very fast and light weight, which makes it very convenient for travel too!

I know there are a lot of Apple haters AND fanboys. I use both Mac and PC regularly, and prefer the MacOS for my home computer...and this machine is small, light, and a lot of value for the money (for Apple). I really like it - and recommend it to anyone looking for an everyday laptop.

I purchased this when is was on sale over the holidays. I got this to break the change from being entirely Microsoft. The MacBook is very intuitive and only takes about an hour to shake the habits of using a pc. Using the spotlight is great for navigating and the system resumes from a sleep state in no time. Apple is known for their great battery life and this is no exception. My only knock against it is the Keychain access. It can be helpful for storing and showing passwords for logins, but it grows like a weed and can be a pain to maintain because it can cache old and incorrect passwords

My husband loves this laptop. It's light weight. That was a big part of why he liked it so much, besides being an apple product. My daughter owns one also and has to carry it to her classes. Fits in her backpack and easy to carry. Not big and clunky like other ones. I would recommend for anyone on the go.

This is my first Mac computer. I am not a computer wiz. I was apprehensive at first to purchase Mac because of its technicalities that I may have a hard time figuring out on how to use it. But I was wrong. It is easy to navigate. Everything is laid for you on the screen. To add it up it is lightweight.

I purchased this for my wife, replacing an old MacBook Pro 15" model. The Air is so light and portable, she once again enjoys taking her laptop with her to work. Performance is good for the price point and form factor, but if you're a hard core user, I'd recommend stepping up to the MacBook or MacBook Pro.

I love my Mcbook Air after taking a little while to get used to it. Very fast, and I love its features.

Love everything about the product. Perfect size easy to transport. Has enough memory for what I need. The built in apps are wonderful and this MacBook Air is everything and more than expected. I would totally recommend this product to everyone.

My macbook has been great. Powerful, lightweight, dependable and the price was reasonable for a laptop that will last 10 years. Previously, I had an cheap HP that I used for taking notes. Now with my macbook, I realize how a laptop should be.

This is my second Macbook Air. Very happy with how fast and reliable the laptop is, not to mention how light it is to carry it around. Though on-board memory is somewhat limited but for everyday use is perfect and more than enough to handle every tasks such as emails, word processing and web browsing.

It is exactly what she wanted, with a bit of upgrade I thought she needed. Overall, everything was perfect.

After buying a Toshiba laptop, we decided to scrap the purchase and chose this Air laptop by Apple. Just the right size and light as a feather, this laptop is perfect for students and professionals looking for a great and reliable option. So much better than the PC we bought originally in every way!

This is the best computer for the best price. It is sleek and light. Excellent for students who want to carry in their backpacks. Price is much lesser than the pro series. If you have $400 more to spend then by all means buy the pro otherwise this is an excellent buy. You won't miss much.

I had an older MacBook Air and need something to catch up with my needs. Got this one and couldn't be happier. Its great for college and so portable and easy to use. They make the backups so easy, that I was back up and running within 2 hours. Very portable and has a fantastic battery life!

I finally decided to buy a Mac laptop to backup and view photos and check email while on vacation. I resisted for a long time amidst Apple's ongoing abandonment of serious photographers. The recent Apple sale at Best Buy convinced me to pull the plug. Right after I bought the 128gb, they had a sale on AppleCare. I returned the 128, got the 256gb with the AppleCare and the full cooperation and assistance of Best Buy. The Air just zooms along and for the price, I couldn't be happier. We all need to support bricks and mortar stores and Best Buy is one of the best!

I was leaning toward one of the Pro models for my college junior (who was ready to upgrade and defect from the Microsoft SurfacePro). I thought the lack of retina in the Air would be a deciding factor. But the screen looks great, it's light, and significantly less expensive. She loves it!

I have had my old MacBook Pro since 2009, so it was time to get a new laptop. I knew I wanted another Mac, so when the Black Friday sale at Best Buy happened, I went for it! I love how lightweight the MacBook Air is and the battery life compared to my 7 year old laptop is incredible! -Karin

Love the Mac it is so light and easy to use! Switching from a windows was a little scary but has been worth it! I originally wanted to go for a desktop but with a new baby I do a lot of work on the go and it has definitely worked out for me! Will be going back for the desktop soon!
