Although I knew I was getting into, over priced and poor resolution, I mainly went Mac over Windows to learn Apple's IOS. I compared the Mac side by side to my wife's 6 year old HP 17" with equal resolution of 1440x900. Given the same photo or video, the HP seems sharper than the MacBook Air. I like the Mac's battery life, the looks and style, but so far, I'm leaning towards Windows. You can get an equivalent specked Windows based for half the price.

Like all apple products great battery life. All the programs are easy to use and of course I’m still learning the MacBook Air . Finally it’s a true laptop because it stays cool on your lap. I almost forgot everything on my IPad and iPhone automatically loaded on my MacBook Air

I purchased the MacBook Air to take with me on my motorcycle trips to check email and to post to social media. It's a great little laptop very compact it has a very high battery life. Having used Microsoft exclusively all the time it was a nice change to switch over to Apple iOS.

So happy with it. No complaints. A breeze to use for someone like me who is not tech savvy.

Geting this Mac was the best decision, works perfect has enough storage. I really like it!

I have enjoyed my MacBook Air, this is the first Apple laptop I have ever used and it is a lot easier to figure out than I thought. The upside of an Air over the MacBook is a faster processor for a similar price, the only thing you are losing is the screen quality of the Mac.

I got this for my wife who is a teacher and also a student going to school for her masters, I know she really needed this machine to further her career and education and she absolutely loves it. It's very fast, slim and light weight, you can never go wrong with any Apple Products !!!

I have been a long time PC user, and it wasn't until i brought an Apple Mac Book Pro for my daughter did I ever consider buying one for myself. I love the simplicity of the Mac. I needed more memory and this is more than adequate, easy to carry and fast. This was a great purchase.

What can I say....can't go wrong with Apple in my opinion. Love the sleek, clean design/look, lightweight. I have never had a technical problem with any Apple purchase, this one included. Not a 'techy', so as long as it does what I need it to do I am happy....it does just that!

I purchased this as a gift for my Grandson who graduated from High School. His parents suggested it. The use Macbook at home and thought it would be a good gift for him as he enters college in the fall. As far as I know it is operating as expected.

Purchased as a school laptop computer for our daughter....really great price via Best Buy!

My 6 year old MacBook Pro was running on fumes. I knew I needed a new laptop and when I saw the new MacBook Pro costs hundreds of dollars more than what I spent six years ago yet with less functionality, I set my eyes on the MacBook Air. There is no need for dongles or adapters. There are plenty of ports. The battery life is OVER 12 hours. There is a mag safe plug so if anyone stumbles or trips on a plug, it will detach from the laptop and not take the laptop with it which is yet another problem with the new MacBook Pro. The 256 GB hard drive is ideal for me. Last, Best Buy had the MacBook Air on sale for $999. This is the laptop for those accustomed to a top-of-the-line MacBook Pro but not willing to be sacrificed to just one port, a minuscule battery life, or a dangerous plug. The MacBook Air even comes with a cord. MacBook Pro dumped the cord and makes people buy the cord as a separate expense. Its battery life is garbage. MacBook Air is what to buy.

Bought for my wife who is not tech savvy. She is very comfortable using her new MacBook Air as I was able to load it with a backup from her old iMac. Everything is where she can find it. Computer is fast, lightweight, and integrates seamlessly into our household Apple ecosystem.

My second macbook. What's not to love. I will use no other computer. Worth every penny.

First off I should say I'm a little biased to Apple products... This computer is amazingly fast and sleek. I have had no problems with it. It's extremely slim and lightweight which is good for the portability. All in all I definitely recommend this laptop to anyone looking.

I have used Macs and PCs before but really prefer Mac . This computer is super light for travel and incredibly fast for everything. It is so convenient for students and professionals who have to go back and forth a lot.

The MacBook Air is a nice laptop. It is fast, intuitive and super light. Love how it is always ready to go; just lift the lid. Also the battery life is great. It has taken about a month to get used to Mac switching from PC but youtube has been a lifesaver. The Geek Squad is useless and frustrating as they were constantly trying to get me to pay for support. You would think some levels of support would come free of charge from a store when you purchase an item well over $1000. It may be the "Best Buy" but it aint the best service...

I purchased this computer as a graduation gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! She's been wanting one for a long time and when it was on sale for Black Friday I knew it was the perfect time to order it. I had it shipped to the house and it arrived in great shape!

I am a nursing student, my computer has to be fast, efficient and versatile. Researching and writing papers works well in a local coffee shop, at the library or at home. This is my first Apple product, I was concerned about being able to navigate it but it is very intuitive.
