This MacBook is so user friendly, especially for someone who isn't good with technology. It is perfect for everything I need in college and it is very lightweight. I take this Mac with me everywhere I go!

I have been using PC style laptops for years and have always wished they were lighter, thinner and easy to carry in a backpack without too much bulk. This laptop hits all of those requirements.

I recently got my MacBook Air for a really great student discount. As an high school student I love the size, weight and I am able to bring it with me to school. Great product. Would recommend.

She doesn't need a lot of power to surf the internet and Facebook. She also uses Microsoft Office with no issues. Great combination of speed and portability. Battery lasts over 10 hours which is nice.

This is a great laptop for college. It's very light and easy to take to class. Works great with the iPhone 6 if you want to sync them together. The battery life is also fantastic and lasts for hours.

I've always had windows laptop, Gateway and HP. Back in 2014 I purchased my first MacBook Air. What an excellent machine. Few months after I gave it to my younger brother who was off to college. So I kept using my old HP. Well not even a year after I gave the MacBook to my brother the HP died on me. Here I am debating if I get a cheap laptop or go all the way with Apple. Best choice I've ever done was walking into Best Buy and get the Apple computer again. You can't go wrong. Excellent battery life, I mean I don't have to charge everyday like all my previous laptops. It's flash based memory is so quick, it's amazing. Bluetooth is a welcome feature and the backlit keyboard is awesome.

When buying this, I was afraid the processor would not be good enough when editing, but it turned out to be good enough. This computer is awesome and looks great as well. It is very fun to use.

I am switching from a Toshiba and needed something lightweight as I am a teacher without a classroom. The battery life is great and will last a full school day. The computer is very fast and the $699 price was super great. I am having a hard time adjusting from a windows device to IOS. There are many tutorials online and I have great teacher friends who are helping me cope. I would buy again!

Beautifully made and designed, works straight out of the box. Has useful ports like USB 3 and also has an SD slot so I can load shots from my Camera. Very portable and reasonably light. Recommend.

The Mac Book Air is delivering as expected. Have had no issues with it so far. Pretty easy to get going - did decide to purchase Office 365 Home Subscription to get full Microsoft Office Suite.

Love this laptop. It is light weight and easy to use but is very sturdy. The picture quality is as good and my desktop Mac. Perfect for students which is who we bought it for. Would highly recommend

Purchased this laptop for my granddaughter freshman in college. Came uploaded with all programs needed and easy to used. No virus software needed and very lightweight for Carring to and from classes.

It's light, great for travel. Build quality is amazing (wouldn't expect anything less from Apple). And performs surprisingly well doing heavier tasks like editing video and working in Photoshop.

Got this on Black Friday. It was a terrific value for what you get. As a longtime PC user, the windows operating system is basically unusable at this point. Sadly the poorly designed software means that even the nicest PC laptop will be too frustrating to use. In contrast, Apple continues to put out an extremely well designed product (both software and hardware). This is no exception. This version has a beautiful screen and is lightening fast. It may not be the most recent version, but it is perfect for word processing, spreadsheets, using the internet, etc. My previous MacBook lasted 7(!) years and is still working. If I get half that time from this one I'll be thrilled.

Bought this laptop to replace an aging HP laptop for my daughter. It is fast, light weight and the Apple brand gives me confidence that this will be a reliable computer for her in the classroom.

The MacBook Air is such a great computer for everyday work! It's easier to learn if you've never been a Mac person! The computer is super slim and light - the battery lasts for such a long time!

I bought my Mac laptop and just love it. So easy to use and very light. The customer care rep at Best Buy was very helpful with helping me decide which one to pick and answered all my questions.

I have used windows my whole life and had come to the last straw after my $1000+ laptop's motherboard died after barely reaching 2 years. I've been skeptical about going with an apple, but I finally made the plunge and I'm so happy I did. Functions are simple but reliable so far. And I bought the AppleCare extension so I have a guaranteed 3 years of life. Very happy with the purchase

This was my first Apple Laptop and I knew Apple had a reputation for being a cut above the rest, and now I know why.Battery life easily last all day, Fast and of course lightweight.

Kept going back and forth between the Air and the new Macbook. Although, the Macbook has the retina display, the Macbook Air has more functionality b/c of the ports available and somewhat faster processing. I would have liked to purchase the new Macbook, but I would just be bogged down by needing to make sure I had a backpack full of cables. Hopefully, there is an upgrade at some point to allow additional ports (USB, HDMI, Card Reader, etc) in the coming years. However, I am greatly happy with my purchase and my decision to go with the Macbook Air.
