I have used Windows at work and on my personal laptop for many years, so this was a big switch for me. It is so similar to my ipad and iphone, so I am catching on relatively quickly; however, I still need to better understand the basics of a Mac. One thing I can say, the sales people who assisted me at Best Buy were outstanding and patient and really helped me make a good choice when purchasing my laptop. (I looked at a few). They were supportive and knowledgeable and did not "rush me." I am pleased with my macbook.

I've always been "Team Apple" but it's been so long since my last computer purchase that I had NO idea what I was looking for or if Apple was even the way to go. It was super easy to transfer my documents, it's incredibly lightweight and I love the quality of the screen and light up keys.
