Good unit for a reasonable price (for Apple)

Only complaint is 256GB flash is not enough for my wife's voracious memory appetite. 1TB is not an option so she has to drag along an external HD. An innovation would be program with ability to "link" an external as a Main drive w/o Unix magic as she is a user, not a computer programmer

A new Mac FINALLY!

With the SSD, this thing is so quick to boot up and retrieve data,and it is really pretty intuitive after coming from a PC...but I suspect using an IPhone for a bunch of years helped in the transition. Compact, light and very quick equates to a GREAT computer!!

Great computer for all levels

I gave that one to my kid and bought this one which has less powerful specs but I haven't noticed. Superfast, starts up in less the 20 seconds. I highly recommend it. I am not a gamer. Basic internet, mail, pictures and office docs.

Versatile and easy to carry

I wanted something that would last more than a year or two, and the helper at the store suggested to switch to Mac. I was very skeptical at first but decided to try. It has been a month so far and I got to say it has been great.

Great laptop for many needs!

I have been a PC person for yrs & I have been migrating to MAC looks like it's going to be an easy transition. If your thinking of changing I would take a spin in the Apple world. BTW this was on sale at Best Buy & was a great deal. Works much better & quicker than any of my PC's.

Perfect for what I need!

It has a great photo program and is so easy to navigate. And, unlike my MAC, it is portable so I don't have to move between computers. I have been used to Microsoft Office but will try comparable programs before I decide whether or not to purchase Office 365.

Good lap top for someone who is on the road a lot.

With this lap top, I do just that. While waiting on passengers I'm able to pull it out really fast and do my work inside the bus. It's slim design saves a lot of space. A really great lap top!
