I had been looking into MacBooks for a while and I finally saved up enough money to purchase one. It has been everything I needed and more in a laptop. Lightweight and very efficient. I got the 256gigs just to be on the safe side because everyone I talked to said their only regret is not getting more memory.

I bought this for daughter going to college. It is perfect for all her academic requirements. Great quality.

I bough this a second computer to take it on the road with me for traveling and I love how functional and light weight it's is it's have a nice amount of 8 go of ram and around 1.5 gb of video ram and 256 go Ssd storage that what I love the most of this computer it's small simple and just adorable all the way around

They say they are not making these anymore but we love them and still got them for the office, works great.

My first Apple laptop and I love it! It took some time getting use to it not being a PC, but well worth it.

Picked this up because a 5 year old MacBook Pro failed. Still happy with getting 5 years out of the last on considering how hard my kids are on their products. Don’t miss the dvd drive a bit with a stick. Has worked flawless so far. Hope to get her through college and the next ones on her.

I absolutely love this computer so far, I am very satisfied with my purchase. It's very lightweight, I'm a college student so that is very important because books already weigh a ton. The gentleman that helped me was very polite as well.

I was a hard core PC person until I recently had to return a PC for not working well. I had to switch to apple and I honestly don't know now what I was waiting for! Lightweight, virus free, smooth processing, no loud fan noise and the continuity with my iPhone is just wonderful! Go get one, it's worth it!

It took some getting use to coming from a windows platform but this is a great and very thin laptop.

After 25 years of being a Microsoft user and my daughter telling me about how easy Apple software was, I finally came to that same conclusion. It was very easy to get up to speed on frequently used apps and setup to access my network. Also, the Geek Squad was very helpful in transfering my personal files

I resisted converting to an apple laptop for years, based on price. Finally fed up with basic inadequacy of toshiba with Windows, I committed. No idea why I waited so long. MacBook Air is so very superior to my old laptop. I have many many apple products, so I suppose I should have known this all along.

My son is heading off to his first semester of college and needed a new laptop. I've always used Dell or HP but he wanted to try a MacBook. Did lots of reading and comparison between the Pro and the Air and settled on the Air because of the battery life. My son loves it and is ready for school to start.

I got this because I was tired of Windows always changing their format. I am not a computer person, so when I get use to windows 7 then the computer dies and now I have to get use to windows10, NO!! I have had it the same thing has happened to me with windows XP!!! Now once I get used to Mac their system pretty much stays the same as their phones and tablets all are the same format. Wish I did this along time ago. There is a learning curve but I am getting it. If you haven't used Mac yet and only used PC don't be afraid take the plunge and try it. the Mac book air is not as expensive as the pro so I have a computer with a low price. Also you don't have to worry about all those viruses that PC's get. I was told that I should still use protection but others say don't worry. Another thing, this thing boots up in seconds because it is solid state no moving parts!! Which brings me to another thing, NO fans under this thing to clog with dust. I feel just an all around positive purchase! Hope this helped!!

I was debating on getting the MacBook Pro and the MacBook Air, but for my needs the Air was a much better fit. I love this laptop and highly recommend it for people who need a light weight laptop. The new features on the Pro did not appeal to me for what I needed. I am very happy with my purchase.

This is the first MacBook Iv'e ever owned. I know some family members who have them and like them, I also saw that this particular one had very good reviews. Iv'e only had mine a short time and am still learning all it's features but have to say I would definitely recommend this computer.

This laptop is super nice, super high quality, and excellent no matter you’re usage as a student, parent, musician, busniness person, artist. This laptop fits so many needs and is so lightweight and comfortable to use. I recommend this laptop again and again it is a classic.

I've owned this laptop for about 8 months now and have never regretted the purchase. Extremely quiet, long lasting battery power, great graphic resolution. Only wish that this version has night shift display function because it's better for the eyes at night..but all in all, I love it!

Got both my daughters Macs for college, one is still running strong 7 years later and the other 4 year old one works just great. So I finally get a Mac (2) as had me downs because they each are paying for their own on the Best Buy Black Friday deal. Woohoo, Merry Christmas to me and my wallet
