Delighted with the quality, performance, speed, and power of the MacBook. This is my first purchase of a MacBook and I am very pleased. It exceeded my expectations in processor speed and battery life.

I waited and waited for an update, but it looks like it'll be several more months before Apple gets around to updating the Air - and the rumors seem to focus on features that are not critical to me (higher res display and the USB-C which just means I have to buy new adapters) while ignoring the more important ones (having a built in HDMI to link to displays, better processor - which I imagine will be included but does not seem to be the focus). The fact that I have a few trans-oceanic flights coming up made up my mind to bite the bullet. It survived the whole flight from Melbourne to LA and connecting to Houston without recharge.

I recently enrolled in online college courses. I needed something light and portable. Better yet, reliable. I read the reviews for different pcs and looked at all the brands. They were all mixed reviews. I mean people either loved what they got or had a horrible experience.....Macs were a bit more than I wanted to spend but I decided to read the reviews anyway. The reviews were outstanding. You rarely come across a bad one. The people who rate it one star are mostly angry at best buy. Not the computer itself.....long review short this computer is incredible. I can't wait to start school so I can use it to its full potential. I highly recommend. I will never go back to PC.

Love the size of this computer, it's very easy to cary with me to class or with me to the library. A lot of space to hold all my work and photos.

I purchased two of these laptop for me and my daughter. I was a little nervous bc We did not have much experience with Apple/MAC. However, after taking the leap we took several of David Cox online classes and we are now almost close to being considered a pro. I love this laptop and I do not see myself going back to Windows. Works well, very functional, reliable, and starts rt up and ready to perform. This laptop is fast and has many versible features such as FaceTime, I am able to answer my cell phone from the laptop and so much more features to explore.

If you want games and 3D and high performance applications this one is not going to cut it. Lack of i7 or discrete video card will not allow you to do any hardcore gaming or run CAD. But if you're looking for reliable system that can run any productivity application , have great battery life, stylish without any viruses to worry about this one is for you. I'll tell you like this. This will cost you twice as much as any competitive PC but if you worry more about reliability than your bottom line I'd suggest you to look no more. 256GB is plenty no need to go to 512GB and like I said before Air for college and office work will do amazing job, you will not be disappointed.

I have always been an Apple girl. And love all apple products. It has been a long time that I was able to purchase a new laptop. And this one is great! Super fast, easy to use and very light!

I am a college student, I have had my MacBook for about 3 months now, it is definitely the best investment I have ever made. I have went through 3 computers since starting college 3 years ago. The best thing about this computer is that it's very light, and holds MORE than any of my past computers would have ever been able to hold and I still have ALOT of storage space left. I had considered purchasing one a few times but couldn't bring myself to spend that kind of money on a computer, after realizing all of the amazing qualities of this computer after I purchased it, I made the decision that I would never buy another computer manufactured by anyone other than Apple.

This MacBook Air is everything my wife wanted to replace her old 2009 MacBook Pro. Lighter, faster, better graphics, longer battery life and compatibility for current and future Mac OS.

Works great out of the box. No worries about bloatware. Syncs with my iPhone 6s plus and my Canon printer. I bought Microsoft Office for the Mac and it works great. No problem with internet access. As much as I like the Safari browser, I prefer Chrome that I downloaded for the Mac. All I can say is that if you want a reliable laptop, get the Mac Air. It will suit most of your needs such as web surfing, editing photos and video and working on word and excel. Heavy users that work on more powerful and sofisticated programs should look at the Mac Pro line. BTW, you can expand the overall memory of the Mac Book air by buying an after market Jet Drive card.

I purchased this for my daughter who is a college freshman. It's light weight, fast, and user friendly. She loves having easy access to her documents between the MacBook Air and her iPhone!

My entire reason for buying a MacBook was because I had been through 2 window laptops in the past 5 years. Both times the battery life decreased after a week it felt like and the processor began moving slow after upgrading to Windows 10. At first I was fearful purchasing a 3+ year old MacBook but man this thing has not let me down! Battery life, display, the extremely fast load time, it does everything I need it to quick fast and in a. hurry!

I bought this MacBook as a gift for my wife and she loves it. Amazing speed and the performance is Simply superb. Being very light makes it so stunning. I'm so happy with this product.

The Apple MacBook Air is light weight,fast and has a long battery life. I bought this for my college age daughter that loves everything Apple.

Apple never fails to deliver. This MacBook is so light, that sometimes I forget that it's in my bag. Very powerful and easy to setup and use. I will never use a windows based laptop again.

Love the profile of this laptop - it is sleek, slim and fairly light weight. Has a good battery life. Was able to install multiple OS and have no major issues using them on this machine.

This MacBook is not only light, it is very powerful. The battery life is excellent and I go days without charging. Very user-friendly and so very convenient to carry and use at school.

My new MacBook Air works great! I love that it's fast and lightweight. I do a lot of writing, and it works great for my purposes. I always buy a mac and they last for a long time.

I thought it was a bit pricy at first but I was so wrong. This laptop is used everyday and it is the absolute best laptop for the buck. I have the phone,mac and the watch and Apple is my absolute favorite. It got a bit better after seeing how nice and fast this MacBook really is.

Great performance and portability. Retains the USB and card slots for those who really need them Battery life is good for several days. A good balance between the Pro and MacBook.
