The only reason why I gave this 4stars was because when I ordered it and went to the store to pick it up, they were not able to explain how the apple care registration worked whether I’d get an email, or something. Basically, I wish the employees could have described next steps a little better.

My first one I’ve had for 12 years and this one for 1 year. I’ve had no issues with either. The only thing I don’t like, they last a long time and apple stops selling the batteries and you can no longer update your computer and it’s really useless to me after that.
