First one had a bum key

I noticed the “v” let was sucking up and had to be snapped into place but the it sat lower then the other keys so I exchanged for another one. Still a great laptop and sleek and powerful! Good memory.

Great computer

This is not Best Buy's fault but we can not get help from Apple because they require a credit card on file before we can do any updates,in the future. We felt Apple has no right to that information unless we want to buy something from Apple. My husband wished the sales person would have been more helpful. When we would ask questions he was very short. usually the sales people are very helpful.
