Purchased this for my wife after struggling many years with Windows laptops for her. Hers would get viruses and crash regardless of the protection we would equip it with. We bought this as an Open Box and it was in excellent condition. Although it is taking her s little time to get used to it she thinks it is amazing! She is Is impressed with the speed , battery life and how it links up with all of her other Apple devices very easily. I will probably switch to Apple when it is time to replace my laptop.

Purchased this MacBook Air, the third Apple computer for us, and love it. It is light weight, fast and powerful enough to do what we need - edit music and photos.

I am the kind of consumer that holds a laptop for several years. The one I had before this one was 9 years old and the battery just didn't hold more than 1 hour now. This is my first Apple and I am amazed at the battery life. From what I see on line, they seem to hold value as even used MacBooks seem to fetch a pretty penny. I went with a much bigger HDD then I anticipate needing because I really think this laptop is going to last longer than my previous (Toshiba) laptop.

I do DJ and had been using my Dell (I7, 16Gb memory, 1 TB HDD) laptop for it, but in past two years have found the speed and response time declining slowly. Hence, was in market to buy a new one. After surfing many sites, most DJs recommend this MacBook Air for their gigs. So, took a chance and bought it. Boy!! I was blown away with it's speed and overall performance. Have been using it almost for a year for my DJ gigs & have been very happy with it.

We ordered this laptop with a lot of memory so I could store all of my pictures on it and still use it for everything else. I have never had a laptop as long as I have had this one. FYI this laptop was purchased in 2010 or 2011, not in 2018. This was my introduction to Apple. I can no longer use another computer brand because Apple is just so different from the others. It was much later when I received my first iPhone which was great since they are used together. I have an iPhone X now which syncs beautifully with my laptop!

Great laptop for every day use very performant it is very light the battery life is excellent more than 10 hours it’s a game changer for me when I travel

I am an Apple fan for many many years. My MacBook Pro is a mid 2009 model and still going strong. Have wanted a lighter Apple for business travel and was sick and tired of the company supplied non Apple brands that died after a much shorter time than my MacBook Pro (9 years and running strong) This new AirMac is superb, very fast and has been a fantastic upgrade, so light, super convenient for business travel, meetings etc. No it doesn’t have a touch screen however it has every I need (and more) for what I do! I pared this with the Mac Mouse - fantastic!!

I'm incredibly happy with how this laptop functions. It does everything that I need. It's fast. It's intuitive. It's light. I'm very happy.

I've gradually worked up the apple chain. This is my first Mac and I love it. I have an iPad Air so the transition was easy so far. I've added the Microsoft products and can't believe how comparable to a PCs they are. I'm enjoying very much so far.

I love my MacBook Air. I now won't have to lug my MacBook Pro when I travel - and it is easy to transfer the between products.

The Macbook Air is the perfect size to travel with, lightweight yet has a big enough screen to watch all your favorite movies on. I am very pleased with the vivid colors.

Apple vary rarely has sales, but I was lucky enough to get this at a discount on Black Friday. It is by far my favorite laptop. This is the second time I’ve bought this model. It’s everything you need and nothing you don’t.

Overall THE BEST laptop I’ve ever owned. I’ve have many brands over the years all Windows platform and did not like any of them. This laptop is well worth the money!!

I traded in an older MacBook Pro for the Air. The performance is definitely better vs. the 2012 model I had. I went to the air due to the lack of a headphone jack on the new Pro units. It was a bad idea for Apple to delete that feature. The flash memory is faster, the only complaint is I would like to be able to add more space.

Too soon to tell for sure, but seems good. Set up, especially the Office 365 was not as easy as we thought it would be, or presented. A couple days after our purchase I got an email saying we got free geek squad set up. That piece of information would have been nice to know at the time of purchase. If you really want to know if this machine was good, ask me in a few months.

Great laptop. This replaced an older MACBook Pro. It seems I am seeing a speed bump in performance with this new machine. Display however not as sharp as the MacBook Pro as that had a retina display.

Easiest transfer I have made to a new computer. This mac runs great, great condition and is so light!

Fantastic laptop. Very lightweight. Love the performance of it so far. Very fast speed. Highly recommend
