    I was nervous when I ordered this product because it is pre owned, but when I got it and set it up it was in perfect condition. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the deal that I got along with it!

    Not exactly what I expected. Supposedly, the unit was well kept though used (allegedly “Excellent Condition”). Upon receipt, I noticed lots of scratches on the unit, glue stains from stickers were an eyesore, the unit was obviously never cleaned at all, and a very unsightly huge dent on upper left corner of the screen cover like unit was dropped on the floor, and also another smaller dent on the upper right corner of the screen cover.

    I absolutely love my “new to me” MacBook Air; it was so fast and super easy to use! After doing some research and looking through other people’s reviews… I took a chance and ordered the MacBook. I’ve always wanted one and decided why not? I was aware that the product was refurbished so a blemish or two which I had on my screen… fixed that by adding a screen protector. Good as new! I also appreciated the freebies that came with purchase! Shipping was pretty quick too!

    I love my "new to me computer" the only thing I am not "happy with is the difficulty to upgrade to a 10.15 which is needed for a lot of downloads I need to download.
