I bought this laptop mid college and after two years it stopped working, won’t turn on or anything. It was a great laptop when I owned it but now I’m hopeless. I heard so many good things about apple laptops and now I’m not so sure. It would cost me more to get it fixed then what I paid for it and I can’t afford to purchase a new one. I didn’t purchase insurance which was a BIG mistake but now I’m without a laptop.

I bought a desktop iMac about 5 years ago and loved it. However, it has slowed down a lot with age so I decided to take advantage of tax free weekend and pick up this MacBook Air. It has far exceeded my expectations. It does everything my iMac does, only much faster. Even when my iMac was new, it never ran this fast. I love the fingerprint ID. It's as simple as opening the laptop from sleep mode and placing your finger on a button to unlock the computer. I'm still adjusting to a smaller keyboard but it's nothing that can't be overcome. The touchpad is great. It has several different functions depending on how you slide your fingers on it and how many fingers you use. You can zoom in or out with it with ease. You can easily scroll pages. Press it with one finger for a normal click and pressing with two fingers acts as a right click. The battery life has been really good. Nothing to complain about there. It's lightweight and not bulky at all. Very portable and easy to travel with. Despite being lightweight and portable, doesn't feel flimsy at all. It feels very sturdy due to the metallic casing. If you are looking for a high quality laptop with great speed and portability, you can't go wrong with this little laptop.

This is a great computer. It works great I bought this for my daughter when we had online classes because of Covid and it was affordable.

This was an upgrade to my 2012 MacBook Pro. It is so much lighter and and faster. It is very pretty might I add. I love the finger print scanner to open the computer. I believe the camera could have been better. But I have an iPhone for that!

Love the MacBook Air it’s sleek, easy to use and good processing speed for office on the go. It’s my partner in crime to resolve issues in work and personal life any where in the world. I also love the batter life on this pro air not to mention the screen quality.

My 2012 MacBook Pro died recently and I replaced it with the new air. After the pro, this feels incredibly light and portable. I find myself working outside more because it’s so easy to take anywhere. I’m getting a good 10 hours battery life with normal use which is amazing given how light this is. I was worried about loss of functionality going down to the air from the pro, but for my purposes, I don’t feel like I’m missing anything and in fact, I think I use this more for everything than I did the pro because it is so light and easy to carry around in my bag. One bad thing I need to mention: two weeks after I bought it, it stopped charging. I did all the troubleshooting and talked to Apple support for a good two hours trying to figure out the problem. I ended up returning it and replacing it. I haven’t had any trouble with this one. It’s shocking when an apple product is glitchy like that but I give Best Buy props for making a curbside exchange painless and hassle-free. Just really sad I got the silver because they were out of the space gray I originally bought. I would tell anyone who wants a Mac for normal use—documents, business apps, light video editing, streaming, listening to music, etc. not to worry about missing out on something by downgrading to air instead of pro. This does everything you need it to do, plenty of processing power, and so nice and lightweight, you’ll use it all the time. Love the new keyboard, typing is actually fun again. And fingerprint passwords are the thing I never knew I needed but note can’t live without. At $999, this is a no-brainer great buy.

Great laptop especially for someone who isn’t technically inclined! I have had this laptop for 4 years and it’s done everything I need it to!

I got my MacBook Air Gold in 256gbs and it’s amazing. The sound is super loud its amazing the sound is louder than my phone andi love the gold color. It’s going to be amazing for school work which is why I ordered it because I’m going use it for online college classes. This is my first time ever owning a MacBook I have and so own other Apple products just never owned a MacBook nor a iMac. So I’m loving my MacBook but I don’t mind that there is not a lot of ports as long as it works and does it’s just it amazing and the camera is not amazing my camera on my phone is way better but I don’t plan on using the camera unless I’m FaceTiming which is not often.

The Apple MacBook Air is perfect for my daughter who uses it for distance learning. She had been using my MacBook Pro but I needed for work so I bought her the smaller computer. What I like is that it is light weight, easy to use for her Google needs, is stylish and fast with the boot up and program access. I also like that I am an administrator on her computer and I can access information between my computer desktop and hers seemlessly. I know that Mac computers are good. I expect her to use this computer now, while she is in high school as well as when she attends college a few year from now. Love the purchase

The computer is great. Really light which works for me. It still works well even when several tabs are open. And as a first-time IOS user, the features are so good to me. My only problem is that when I'm on a zoom call the fans get pretty noisy and the bottom of the laptop gets hot.

Love this product very good. Work passed it on to my son. Got a new MacBook Air. Also, just great. Highly recommended.

Love this very practical and complete lightweight and i can do anything i need on it for work and for church. Great battery life and smooth updates.

The 2020 MacBook Air is really great - fast, lightweight, love the touch id. My only complaint is the lack of a USB port, though I have an adapter (and I would have preferred to be able to use my old power cable, so I'd have one as a backup). The Thunderports take some getting used to, but the computer itself is amazing. Also, kudos to Best Buy for having the computer available in-store two weeks earlier than I could have gotten it shipped from Apple.
